Excellent food, service and atmosphere!

We came here for a belated birthday dinner after a very long absence. We wanted to do something a little different and also something that wouldn't break the bank. It's not elegant but it is comfortable and the food is pretty consistent from one visit to the next. The only complaint I have with Noda is the same complaint that... More

My family has done the Japanese hibachi restaurant from the East Coast to the West (we're b aced in New York and Portland, Oregon). Noda's has simply served the best food we've experienced anywhere of this type, not better by leaps and bounds but just better. The chefs crack the usual jokes, but are social, more so than in many... More

We go there every Friday for lunch and order the Monster Roll Sushi. Excellent food!!! It's located in the run-down old White Plains Mall. When you walk in there a slight fish odor but once your in the place you don't notice. The staff is nice and also attentive. I can only speak for lunches as being excellent, I haven't... More

We eat here often for lunch. Love the shrimp habachi lunch in the regular part of the restaurant without having the "show" attached to the food. Reasonably priced; easy to get to from the office. Service is fine, quiick and efficient.

Food was excellent, level of noise was moderate. Spent good time with family and friends that just arrived to the United States.

Variety of options, steak, filet, shrimp, lobster, and combinations. Full dinners including soup, salad, dessert, all for a reasonable price. Wonderful for full family outing, especially birthdays, with singing waiters in Japanese and English, with photograph.

We didn't sit at the hibachi but in the restaurant. The food, especially the sushi, was very good and very reasonably priced for the area. The server was inattentive (even though there were only six or seven people in the dining room) and moody. On some trips, she seemed hostile. No explanation for it. On the bright side, we could... In my humble opinion, some of the latest reviews have done injustice to this place. While not in the center of happening of White Plains, Noda provides good hibachi style food. I happened to arrive early and enjoy the early bird special which is %50 off drinks and %15 off menu items. I also sat alone, which was odd, yet... More

I have been to a number of hibachi places, but this one has the best food. I don't even like scallops but the scallops here are amazing. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous. The chefs are friendly and personable. It can get a bit loud, as it seems to be a favorite place for those holding parties. I brought... More
