My wife and I have been eating in this restaurant (not diner) for many years. We don't consider this to be a special restaurant since we go here so often. The service and food are always good. Prices are fair. Not too long ago they remodeled and changed the menu. They kept some items and deleted some but still dependable.... More

The extensive menu is diner- like, but the choices are not at all what you expect from a diner. Food is very good, and the bakery counter near the entrance is tempting, too. I've been coming here for years and it is always a good choice, but sometimes can be very crowded.

Best Huevos Rancheros ever. Better than in Mexico! The diner is super clean, the baked goods all look scrumptious. All in all it was a delicious dining experience!

Warm inviting welcome from hostess. Enjoyed Mahi Mahi and strawberry/rhubarb crisp. Service was good.

This is our first time here since the renovations. We had the Gaspatcho Soup which we both enjoyed very much. Pulled pork sandwich was very good, large portion! Roast beef sandwich on Chabata bread was HUGE!! Horseradish mayo was deliciously strong. Service staff was attentive and place was pretty busy.

We've been to the City Lights on several occasions when we were staying in the White Plains area. This time we were nearby as we drove from NYC to Albany and detoured a bit to get a breakfast we knew could rely on. We were surprised to see it had been renovated since our last visit. The decor was fine... More

City limits is the restaurant that is suggested by several of my friends whenever we are getting out of a movie in the area, It never disappoints. The variety of choices run fro simple food to dinner entrees. You can eat at any price you want. Good food excellent service. Good for any time you feel like a bite or... More

Okay, so the old diner we knew and loved with the big coffee cup and donut hanging from the ceiling is gone (the coffee cup and donut are by the bakery counter in the front right window, if you're curious). And the renovations brought with them, no surprise to anyone, higher prices. But...hey. The food is good, and there is... More

Success has gotten to the City Limits Diner. Food was still good BUT the place was NOISY. U could not hear yourself speak. We noticed this on previous times, but this time it really got out of hand. So much so that I will find another place to eat until they fix the problem. Another issue is the air conditioning.... More

If you are looking for a restaurant where you are sure to bring home a pile of food this is the place. Parking is a nightmare...not enough spaces to accommodate the number of guests. Food is average or below....but the size of the portions is large. Prices are high for the quality.
