I have no clue what the hype is about for this chain other than hip/upscale decor. Drinks are on the side of expensive for chain/venue/average well liquor. It's wholesale oriental food, nothing more.

Its a great place to stop and have lunch or dinner while shopping. The portions are decent and reasonably priced. They are always busy. The only bad thing I can say is the over use of salt. Some dishes are just too over salted! Otherwise, great location and service is good.

Always like tge food, but thus time had a great table in middle of dining room and had a terrific waitress. She was friendly, attentive, brought food quickly (hot) and continually stopped by the table to see if we needed anything. Overall, an outstanding dinner!

Enjoyed the pork fried dumplings with sweet/spicy drizzle - nice flavor.... I really enjoyed the Mongolian Beef, had great taste and nice size portion. Others had chicken salad, didn't hear any complaints..... However, their Lo-Mein, on this day was disappointing.... over cooked, nearly mush/pasty. A small tip for the bus-boy/s, moving faster will allow more customers to enjoy their dinning... More

I came on a busy Saturday with my husband and two small children. It seemed like there were a lot of families excited to be there. I had a pretty good experience being seated and served even though it was very busy and the bathroom was pretty clean. My only issue was with the crappy food. We both ordered cocktails,... More

I have not been at P.F. Chang's for probably 10 years. Decided to go back for the lettuce wrap. Fortunately, that stayed the same but all the other dishes were mediocre. The pork steamed dumplings were okay. The BBQ ribs were tasty but fatty. The Singapore fried noodles was not very tasty. The shrimp with lobster sauce was with the... More

I can't believe that anyone who has eaten authentic Chinese food can write a positive review for this ersatz Chinese wannabe .hot and sour soup should be more than some soy sauce and cubed tofu in chicken broth with a passing association with a bit of vinegar. An order of fried calamari should be more than a collection of limp... More

We always visit P.F.Chang at least once during each trip to the USA- Chicago, New York, Dallas and other city locations. We've also learnt to be smart and book ahead on their website. There is always the certainty that the house ginger beer, the menu, the ambience, the food, the service and the waiting time on Saturday nights 30 to... More

Last time at this establishment the food was extremely salty so I never returned. I decided to give it another try and was pleased. The food was tasty, fresh and not salty. The drinks are on the weak side and it can get somewhat noisy so if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it.
