Nice View, good food, a tad pricey

The view is fine once it is dark, otherwise it is a lot of roof tops endnote much else. The wines I have had here are quite good, and the service is very pleasant and attentive.

A wonderful restaurant with a beautiful modern decor, a magnificent view, professional staff, a delicious gourmet tasting menu = a wonderful evening! Chef Anthony's delicious well presented menu takes this dining to a new level. Starting from the specialty "rose" cocktail, through the extensive wine list, this dining experience with a prix fix menu of four chosen courses, and two... More

I love the ambience and the gorgeous views but the delicious food and gracious and attentive staff combine to make this an extraordinary dining experience. my favorite is the duck dish but everything Chef Anthony makes is special and delectable.

Located on the top floor of The Ritz Carlton Hotel in White Plains is a wonderful gem with fabulous views, excellent service and superb food. Complimented by a very nice wine selection, 42 is the total dining experience. The staff is terrific. The atmosphere is contemporary but calm. Don't miss this one when on the area!

I just had lunch here with a friend, and it was just as good as the last time I was here. They were not very crowded -- late August lull -- but the service and food were really good, from the cocktails to the dessert. It's a prix fixe 3-course meal, with a lot of choices for the first and... More

I have been here for an event, so it was a set menu. Nothing special, bland and uninteresting food, friendly staff.

A delightful spot for a very special night out. The staff is professional, the food is well prepared and presented, and the atmosphere is lovely. Only drawback is the VERY high prices.

Have eaten here while staying at the Ritz on weekends away. Views are spectacular, but it tends to change vibe depending on the time of day and day of week (e.g., we went to go to dinner there one Saturday night and is was a huge singles, dance vibe) When we have eaten there the food has been wonderful.

I took my girlfriend here for her Birthday, and had the sample menu. The food was very good and was served tapas style. it was 100pp, with the wine it took the bill over $250. We arrived at our 6pm reservation , but they were having their per dinner meeting. we were asked to give them an extra 10mins. the... More
