We recently went for the first time. My husband and I ordered the prime rib special. Our salads initially looked good with mixed baby greens, but underneath was rotted iceberg lettuce and cukes. When the waitress finally came back again with our meals, we exchanged the salad for fresher ones. We order our prime rib medium rare, despite not being... More

What a surprising and great find! We just happened to be driving by and saw this place, so went in for supper. I had homemade chicken fricasse, and it was incredibly good--and a huge portion. Everything was fresh and delicious. The place was clean and comfortable, and the service was great. We've gone back a second time, and it was... More

Go for the blackberry jam - buy a jar to take home. Food is basic diner fare - not great but not awful.

Excellent choice for your money. Great location at a family friendly price. You can't go wrong with any choice you make. Only went there for breakfast, but all the meals were delicious and portion sizes provided a superb value. The location is convenient for those willing to go a little out of the way for a pleasant dining experience. The... More

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant serves homemade jams and jellies with their breakfast. You may also opt for a local made maple syrup. Very high quality . The locals frequent this place.

We have only stopped here for breakfast en route to Plattsburgh NY They offer a breakfast special for $6.95: 2 Eggs, 4 pieces of Bacon, 2 10" Pancakes, with syrup, butter and Current Jelly, & Coffee. Plenty of food for 2 people! Just share the coffee (which could be better.) It was fine. Good value and good service.

To begin, I used to like Guma's when it first opened. Over the past several years the quality has declined considerably. The pies are still good...particularly the pecan pie and the peanut butter pie. There are just so many other areas of the restaurant that are bad though. First, my coffee cup still had pink lipstick on it from a... More

Food is bad, service is average, kitchen workers are mostly teenagers and the food has gotten worse over the years. Don't bother to there!!!!!!! Go elsewhere because the kitchen help is not very good.

We usually order take out from Guma's and are happy that they are located close to our home. Their Deluxe pizza is so good, could used a few more items as toppings but what is there is very good. Baked just right! And tasted so good tonight! Am disappointed that they no longer serve homemade biscuits, they seem to be... More
