Great location for morning coffee

We dropped in for coffee, reasonably priced, great views from the outside tables, we didn't have breakfast on this occasion but the food looked great.

I visited Dibble & Grub for dinner with my large (10 of us) family. I feel like the restaurant would benefit from being located in the main street, and it's definitely not the best sea view you can get in Scilly. Nonetheless, the tapas we shared was delicious, and the menu was very extensive - almost too much so! Inside... More

Really nice food from an unusually varied menu. We enjoyed the food here so much that we ate here 3 times during our one week stay. The dining is casual and there is a lovely outdoor seating area if the weather is nice for a drink. I would strongly recommend booking as the restaurant is small and deservedly popular.

We only realised this place was open after walking around Hugh Town for 45mins! Thankfully managed to get in at the end of service and had tapas and fish with meringue and tiramisu. Waiter was friendly and welcoming.

Had coffee here as unfortunately Juliet's Garden Restaurant was shut. Dibble and Grub was recommended by a local. We sat outside which was pleasant but the tables are very close together and we were rather plagued by the constant bad behaviour of a small child at the next table. The coffee was good, however, and the location overlooking the beach... More

Lovely location, great service which was it's saving grace, the food was average at best. Anti-pasti board starter was bland and disappointing, had Greek Lamb Stew from the specials board and it was tough as old boots when really it should have been melt in the mouth tender. Cocktails were lovely and service was friendly, food could have been so... More

Porthcressa beach is quirky . The tourist info has a prominent place as has the public laundry and library. This cafe/restaraunt is at the end near the library. The service is not the quickest or most efficient but sitting in the sun overlooking the beach is no hardship. We had the mackerel fillets and the halloumi burger. Both were excellent... More

A small cafe overlooking the water at Porth Cressa. Fairly large outdoor seating area in front of the cafe and they have a small indoor area which might become crowded in the usual summer weather. Helpful friendly staff.

First place we ate on our visit to Scilly. Welcoming staff, fantastic location overlooking Porthcressa Beach. Had the most delicious mackeral bap and the fresh apple juice, although it looked like sludge in a glass, was divine!
