Had a good cooked breakfast and an evening meal here this year. Both were good, staff were pleasant and helpful, place is clean and welcoming. The pork belly was cooked very well but the vegetable portion was very small. Thought it was a bit overpriced.

Not a lot of ambience as it is a cafe during the day. However, don't be put off as the food and the staff are very good.

The four of us went for lunch and found it to be a no frills cafe. Considering that the vast majority of Scilly residents are very friendly, we were surprised by the lack of any enthusiam or smiles from staff. My macaroni cheese was lovely, the sandwiches nice but my friend said that her chicken burger tasted of fish. We... More

Twice baked cheese and leek soufflé followed by the catch of the day Fish and chips was faultless.. Creme brûlée delicious, combine this with great service and I'm sure we will be returning on this trip..

Last day on the island, popped in for a coffee and pastry, at last, a decent size coffee cup. Tresco had a 3 mouthful cup size, not good.

Great food, beautifully prepared and served. We stuck to seafood, well why wouldn't you when it's all caught fresh locally? It was delicious, as was the wine. Good service. Reasonably priced for top of the line fare.

We visited this cafe in 2012 and recently again in May. The food has always been of a high standard. The cakes are yum! The fish finger sandwich and crab sandwich and crab cakes all went down a treat with us. Portions are generous, sandwiches can be shared, especially if you want cake afterwards! Always a great place to stop... More

We eat on two occasions the first where we chose from the fish specials board and both were incredible far outdoing the other restaurants on the island. The turbot was one and hake was the other, great service, and great value. On the second visit we chose from the set menu and it didn't live up to the standards of... More
