If you are looking for some places for having light dinner in St.Emilion. This would be a good choice. We tried the Escargot (snails) and the salad (eggplants) are all delicious. Siting in square at the late nite in the city of St.Emilion surrounding by the medieval buildings. Excellent atmosphere.

Although busy staff were welcoming and efficient. Good choice of menus as able to choose from pizzeria menu or restaurant menu. As we only wanted a light lunch we chose from snack menu. Portions were more than ample and food of reasonable quality. Lots of outside seating on square in front of monolithic church.

When the waiter told us thàt it shared the kitchen with the pizzeria warning bells should have sounded, but they didn't. We paid for that. A salad with OK dressing and the kind of chicken you get precooked in Tesco, quite nice tuna with a truly revolting dressing and a reasonable steak. A bottle of wine and 76 euros lighter... More

Great place for families as two restaurants combine to serve a common seating area in the square. So you can mix and match, choosing from the Bistrot menu for the adults and from the other restaurant menu which is more oriented to pizzas, burgers etc. for kids. What a great idea! Not having children with us, we opted for the... More

Wow this place was busy and great for a light lunch. Good waiting staff who were very on the ball even though it was rammed. I had a gallete with ham and cheese and this was excellent. Wine list was very long and quite expensive, but all places in st emilion are expensive wine wise if you want to try... More

In the late afternoon we checked out possible restaurants for dinner. We wanted to be outside but we needed good shelter as the weather was showery. We decided against the place recommended by our hotel as it was shut until the evening (which made booking in person impossible) and their terrace was too wet. The place we liked the look... More

when we were there, the weather was really nice. So it was already very satisfied with sunshine on us with average food. 地理位置不错,坐在古镇的中心,阳光洒在身上,食物是不是完美已经不是那么重要了。

We ate here in the square under a huge mimosa tree and drank enchanting white wines. It was light until nearly ten pm. Magically fun. Bustling, busy, hectic, waitstaff running! We all, of course, were calm and happy and drinking in the atmosphere along with the local wines. They have a great wine list. However, should you visit during a... More

We ordered the set menu - terrine, supréme de poulet (I probably misspelt that) and dessert. The terrine was good! The chicken was over cooked and the sauce was flavourless. Then they seemed to forget about us completely - we waited over an hour and still had no dessert. We asked one of the staff who said he was just... More
