We were recommended to use this restaurant but what a mistake!!!! The service was terrible, the food was disgusting and the owner must be the rudest man in st emillion. I would recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Had lunch today at the L'enver du Décor. It was excellent. My fish was perfectly cooked, the vegetables nicely roasted. wine was delicious. My girlfriend had a lovely cepes omlette and the salad was generous and delicious. I'll have to counter those who had bad experiences. First, children shouldn't be playing with rocks in a restaurant. Sorry, I think the... More

A terrible experience in this restaurant. We were kicked out of the restaurant after we were told by the owner that our children were uneducated because they were playing with the stones in the courtyard. We were totally appalled by the behaviour of the owner who chased us out of the restaurant and then had the audacity to ask us... More

didn't like the way locals seemed to be tucked away out the back and the visitors/tourists sat at the front. This was blatantly obvious. We were sat down only to have 8 loud and noisy tourists place next to us. My wife had fillet steak as tough as old boots and full of sinew. Only good thing that saved this... More

Enjoyed a lovely meal. Excellent service even though we were a table of 10. We all chose different food and everyone said the same. Delicious.

The garden is casual clean and welcoming. The staff not in your face, but certainly attentive, took every good care of our needs. A very good wine list wish I had more time and wasn't going to drive after lunch. The meal, the plait de jour, was vey good, fresh flavours lively palate, for a simple dish of grilled duck,... More

We had a very nice dinner here on the terrace. The restaurant is in the heart of old St. Emilion. Only problem was one order of lamb chops came with about 80% fat on one of the chops. This was mentioned to the waiter but only a shrug was the response.

We had walked out of another restaurant due to poor service and found ourselves here. Fantastic setting in the rear garden. Menu not huge, but I like that. Wine list amazing. The food was fantastic, I had the Fois Gras and the strawberry jus complimented it beyond belief. The fillet steak was cooked nearly as good as my own so... More

I really enjoyed my dinner at l'Envers du Décor. I was looking for something not too much for tourists. I asked a local about the good addresses and he recommended that place. I was not disappointed. I was by myself and was looking for a place to feel good. I ordered a very good foie gras with a glass of... More

Visited this restaurant on a sunny, not overcrowded, weekend. A pleasant back yard with ancient walls. The menu helpfully informs “English spoken with a French accent”. The carrot soup starter was a bland & uninteresting. We then waited for over 1 hr for the main, the staff ignoring our eye contact or gestures to come over for a chat about... More
