We went here for lunch based on Trip Advisor reviews. The food was amazing...but the service was really disappointing. I felt we were a bother to the waiter. We had fois gras (amazing) and had fish. Both were amazing. We arrived at 12Noon because our kids were hungry and they put us in the back dining room...not sure why. The... More

We had been recommended this place and it was worth it. An absolutely fantastic lunch with two families. Great wine, lovely lovely service and the food was incredible. Oh do go it is lovely!

Food was lovely but the service was really slow (even by French standards). The courtyard is a great asset too.

I've been going to the L'Envers in St Emilion for eight years now and its become a holy place for my family and I. The wine list is the best in St Emilion (that's serious praise in the wine capital of the world), the service is exemplary, the food exquisite and the ambience unique. Sitting in the garden, in dappled... More

We were booked into this restaurant by the concierge at our hotel. When we arrived, although the first floor was virtually empty, we were seated upstairs where it was quite hot and stuffy. When we asked to be moved, we were told no, too booked up. So, we decided to look elsewhere for dinner. "Miraculously" as we were just leaving... More

We have eaten here before and loved it. A return trip after a long absence however, left us very disappointed. I still really like the look of the place but the food has really disimproved. The menu choice for mains was pretty uninspiring but that never really matters if the cooking is of good quality and it wasn't. 2 starters,... More

Friendly and efficient staff. Nice wine selection. If ordering meat, be careful. Their definition of medium is different from ours. Medium= medium rare. The French like their meat less cooked. Overall, this is a great place!

We were recommended to use this restaurant but what a mistake!!!! The service was terrible, the food was disgusting and the owner must be the rudest man in st emillion. I would recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Had lunch today at the L'enver du Décor. It was excellent. My fish was perfectly cooked, the vegetables nicely roasted. wine was delicious. My girlfriend had a lovely cepes omlette and the salad was generous and delicious. I'll have to counter those who had bad experiences. First, children shouldn't be playing with rocks in a restaurant. Sorry, I think the... More
