If you like your burgers messy, this is the place...we were in town for a somber occasion and wanted dinner someplace before we got back on the interstate. The food was great, priced reasonable.

We had lunch here on a Saturday, it was not crowded, the service was fast and friendly. The food was fantastic and filling.

I used to live in webster and moved to Florida. When I came to visit last week I ate there every night for the two weeks I was there. I always eat pizza logs with curly fries and a root beer float. Yummy.

We ate at Bill Gray's in Webster after golfing yesterday. It was a decent meal...I had a "white hot" dog, and my daughter had macaroni & cheese. This is a typical Bill Gray's in that it is a counter-service restaurant; you order at the counter, and then bring your food back to the table. You also get your own drinks... More

Bill Gray's Restaurant claimed to have the "World's Greatest Burger" Not so! The burger was dry, meat patty was thin and greasy fries. I left with heart burn, instead the Laguna Burger still number one on my list. I is a sad shame to have a sign posted outside claiming, "The world's greatest burger" a gimmick and sad marketing strategy... More

It is a nice burger place, but not pleased with the deep fried foods....found to be too greasy. But, if you ware looking for a good cheeseburger - you'll get it here.

The service was very good, as well as the food. Typical chain style food, however cooked well and presented well. We would go here again.

Good food, coupons, daily specials, one of my favorite places to eat In rochester. Love the garbage plates, I am surprised that the mac salad is really good. Why? Cause the other plates around town are so-so. In this economy when you can get 2 for the price of 1 its a bonus. The hots are huge, maybe some day... More

A local/regional favorite, I prefer a stop here for their "good food served fast" alternative to the BurgerKing.McD alternatives. Good burger, real bacon, crispy actual onion rings.... I like Bill's!

So my family and I ate for the first time at the legendary Bill Gray's. I wish that my experience was legendary instead it left me very underwhelmed.. We ordered cheeseburgers, tater tots, frys and drinks.. The burger is essentially just a very fast food slab of ground beef heated over a flat pan.. The burger tasted like it was... More

We're very sorry that your first experience at Bill Gray's was not a positive one. We do not consider ourselves fast food, but fresh food served fast. We assure you that fresh ground beef is delivered to our locations daily. Our staff then scoops, presses, and prepares each burger by grilling them to order on a flat top grill. Our... More
