Absolutely fantastic restaurant, well worthy of it's #1 rating. We ate here both nights we stayed in Cuiaba either side of a trip to the Pantanal. You are greeted by Marcelo who is a lovely guy, very welcoming and helpful when choosing your meal from the menu. The food is to die for, my girlfriend and I had 3 courses... More

Mahalo is ranked #1 in Cuiaba among restaurants, and it's really not hard to see why. We came to Mahalo the last evening before returning to Denmark. We'd been watching the World Cup for two weeks and decided that we wanted to end the experience on a high by eating at a spectacular restaurant. We arrived 30 minutes too early... More

We are here for the World Cup and read the reviews. Words cannot adequately describe the experience. We did not have reservations. It was June 11 the night before their valentines day. My husband called and this lovely woman said to come anyway even though they were booked. She said Marcelo would take care of us. My husbands luggage was... More

very sophisticated, great food but the pasta dishes are small, if you are really hungry ask for a meat dish . the waiters are all very kind

Couldn't agree more, it's the best restaurant in Cuiaba. Beautiful dishes, great food and very attentive staff. Make sure, you do the reservation, though!!!

Great place, great atmosphere, great staff, and best of all, great food!! You wont regret. Modern cuisine but with a brazilian touch. Great wine selection as well.

Mahalo, in Cuiaba, Brazil, is a great restaurant. It's a tourist attraction. Well decorated, with very good service, food an wine. Mediteranean food is available, but the main experience will came with the regional amazonian fishes and side dishes. Make your reservation and prefer going at night.

The restaurant is a very nice place, the meal are very good and it isn´t very expensive. For lunch there are a menu with entree, meal and desert with a very, very nice coast. I recommend.

While the service timing is often "off," the staff are all really keen to provide excellent service. The owner/chef/beautiful businesswoman is so kind and genuine I would have written a good review even if I didn't like the food.....this woman is just amazing, and very easy on they eyes as an added bonus. Very nice atmosphere.....very quiet and sophisticated, yet... More

I stand by the title! the restaurant was recommended to us (me and the Mrs.) by the hotel staff, which claimed it was the best in Cuiaba. unfortunately (actually- fortunately) the restaurant was closed that day due to a big event the chef and his crew was participating in- some sort of a show called "Casacor". we were told the...
