Large portions and home made style food at a very budget friendly price are the best characteristics of this restaurant. The food is good (don't expect high cuisine here) and is very reasonable for its size and cost. We had the standard mapo tofu, stir fried pea sprouts and calamari. The latter was excellent!! Waiters (both Asian and non Asian)... More

If you are Chinese, you will love this place. Although it is a little bit aging the exteriors and interiors may not be superior, we definitely enjoyed the authentic Chinese taste. We ordered the Roast Duck (明炉烧鸭) and SīGuā with Minced Garlic (蒜蓉炒丝瓜); they are very good, more than expected. For the duck, the outer skin was crispy and the... More

What a gem.I had the best Chinese duck ever for a ridiculous low price. The duck was better than I have eaten in New York. The skin was crackling.A half duck easily fed two people...The Wonton soup was terrific..In two weeks we eat there three times.Egg rolls were good.Fish soup great...This is a cant miss restaurant...

My parents went to the island with us recently and they are old school Chinese. Meaning they usually eat Chinese food 6 out of 7 days a week. I had to do some research to find a somewhat decent Chinese restaurant on the island so they can get their fix. Upon reading some reviews it seems like this place is... More

In previous years this was a favorite of ours. It was our 1st stop when we arrived this year. Service was horrible. We stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated and there was only one other table occupied. The food was ok but the tea never reached the stage of slightly discolored water. According to the waiter tasteless hot... More

We ate here after my wifes parents ate here and suggested it. The BBQ was delicious. For about $7 you get 2 huge chicken legs, a thing of ribs, rice, cole slaw and a small piece of corn on the cob. The place looks sketchy, and is not the cleanest but the food was good and cheap!!!!

I usually love my BBQ from Furmens but to to a political parade I went to New Wei Tai and was glad I was detoured..Amazing Sunday BBQ and only 9 dollars USD. It includes a large serving of rice, ribs, chicken, coleslaw and a nib let of corn. The toughest decision I will make all week is where to get... More

Our first dinner upon our arrival to Aruba was at New Wei Tai Chinese Restaurant. From the outside, my 8-yr old boy was a bit skeptical but as soon as he sat down and saw the menu, he got excited. We like Chinese food and their menu offers a good mix for both light and heavy eaters. The quality of... More

It is off the beaten path but well worth the trip. The food was ample, delicious and not overly priced. Had 2 teenaged boys with me and they really enjoyed the food.

We love Chinese food. New Wei Tai is the best Chinese restaurant on the island. They serve authentic Chinese cuisine food. We love the stuffed eggplant, fried tofu, whole steamed fish, roasted duck etc.. It's not expensive at all. You'll get quality food for a very low price. If you want your dish adjusted, it's no problem. They adjust the... More
