This was an incredible meal. The place only sits a few, the host Caspar is inviting and gracious. But the food is magnificent. Do not miss the special chicken dish of the house, it is amazing, as well the shrimp cocktail. A bit hard to find but do not miss.

This was our third time to Aruba and our third time to Gasparitos - when in Aruba, this place is not to be missed. The food is local and delicious with the superior service being the cherry on top! The host/waiter/owner kept us laughing the whole night!

the service was friendly, but the food was disappointing . Had a chicken breast dish not sure it was chicken breast meal came with 1 sliced carrot, a few pieces of under cooked broccoli and a small portion of rice. Onion soup appetizer was very salty.

Off the beaten track(s) but not that difficult to find if you look at a map. Taxis from high rise hotels know where it is. Don't expect haute cuisine, just tasty, "home cooked" Arubian dishes, served in a very quaint and delightful setting. Unique dining experience and neither cook or waiter (owner/father) try to be fancy. Waiter kept us all... More

We'd heard from a cab driver that Gasparito was where to eat for local flavor. It was a place you'd not find on your own as it is off the beaten path. It's a small family run restaurant that serves delicious food in a charming environment. Our meals were delicious. The cost of food and wine very reasonable. And, there... More

We were visiting Aruba for a wedding. We had a large party of family and friends. The owners could not have been more accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. We all ordered different things from the menu and no one was disappointed. We felt we were visiting family. The place is quaint and the owner shared some stories and jokes... More

We just love this restaurant. The son is still cooking and Dad is still waiting on us. Love his stories. He keeps us in wine and water. I can't seem to get past ordering the Arubian Sampler but this time they let me substitute because I wanted the goat stew which is a melt in your mouth dish. We couldn't... More
