Authentic middle eastern dining ng

What could be more authentic than dining under a tent? A great evening. Important to know to look uphill and walk on short dirt path (thank you other trip advisor reviewers for letting me know in advance). In typical middle eastern style seated on couch not chairs. Great view facing Dead Sea. Good... read more

Good food, previous review stated to order lemonade in pitchers and glad we did. Authentic bedouin atmosphere, hookahs available. Would eat there again.

Meal was very tasty. We got the chicken swarma it was grilled and absolutely Delish. The jug of lemonade was refreshing and a good idea because the wait staff were a bit slow. Lots of tables and only 1 or 2 waiters. Great atmosphere. They project games on a big screen by the bar area.

Great atmosphere and service. Food is MUCH BETTER than can be found at hotels at reasonable prices. Try the mixed grill comes with nine salades. We had the lemonade too was very good. Would recommend.

We had a charming Middle Eastern dinner at this oasis in the Dead Sea environs and were left to reflect on why Israeli service, especially in the hotels, was so poor in comparison. The food was fresh, crisp, and served while we relaxed in a Bedouin tent. It was late on Saturday, and there were no cabs back to the... More

They have gotten some new couches since I was last here. Still a great place to relax, declined Bedouin style on a mattress or futon, enjoy some Bedouin Tea or Coffee (they also have food and alcoholic drinks) overlooking the Dead Sea With Jordan in the background.

Had a great chat with the lady that owned the place, she interacted a lot with our group and also was playing with our friend's 2 year old daughter. The food was lovely, the naan-breads particularly were so freshly baked and fluffy, even the mezze accompaniments were very tasty! They had comfy beds as seating so you could lie down... More

Reading the reviews, I, too enjoyed the food. But was our evening special? Sharon did her belly dance and then insisted (and who could resist her) that women wrap a sequined scarve around our bulging hips and follow her gyrating movements. And the men had to held for the floor too. Great fun even for those who were a bit... More
