Good eats, great view

We tried the Seneca Harbor Station on the recommendation of the front desk clerk at our hotel. It was right next door to our hotel which was great after driving for 7 hours! The outdoor patio was a delightful area for a very nice dinner. Our food was good and the service was, too.

First meal in the Finger Lakes region and it was a REAL DUD! Wow. The local wine was not bad. The red Cabernet Franc was far better than the Malbec even though they were a bit too warm. I had clam chowder which was a very small portion and a little salty. I believe I had cod and my husband... More

Great menu, lake views and atmosphere. Food delicious and servers knowledgeable about menu and helpful. Server had a bit of a spillage, and we were offered free dessert, without asking or making a fuss.

A lovely place set beside the railway line in the old station building. Good menu selection served in pleasant surroundings and affordable prices.

On our way to the wineries, we stopped at the Seneca Harbor Station for lunch. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. I had the portabello mushroom sandwich which came with homemade potatoes chips. It was awesome. My boyfriend had a burger. He said it was excellent. The service was good. The waitress was good and the prices were very much in... More

Had a late lunch outdoors with beautiful view of Seneca Lake. The portions were good and all of us liked our meals. their Clam Chowder was very good, however the entrees we selected - Seafood Rossa (not very abundant with sea food), Chicken Madeira (Madeira sauce was actually gravy) with no sides, and New York Strip (was not medium -... Seneca Harbor Station delighted us last year on our trip to the Finger Lakes, so we decided to try it again. We always enjoy the view of the harbor at Seneca Lake, and/or the village of Watkins Glen. We arrived at about 7pm on a Monday night and were surprised by a 30 minute wait to be seated. This was... More

We stopped here on out first night in town. The resturant sits on the edge of Lake Seneca - the view of the lake is beautiful, very serene. The food was very good as well as the service. But I thought it was a bit pricy.

This place is perfect to have a lovely meal and have a wonderful view of the lake. I wouldn't say the food was awful but I had a higher expectation. It was okay. The prices are a little high for okay food. I would definitely go back but just don't expect an amazing meal. Staff was nice and the restaurant... More

We ate here on a busy Saturday night and opted to eat at the bar rather than wait for a table. Our bartender/server was fun and offered suggestions. The special chicken tortilla soup was hot and spicey and we loved the crustini appetizer. My husband felt his burger was better at the BluePoint Grille restaurant next door. We were unable... More
