Good coffee / yummy pastries

Needed a caffeine hit while in Watkins Glen, and found Glen Mtn on tripadvisor. Coffee was very good. Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissant was delectable yum yum.

We had high hopes for this place. It was our first stop when we arrived in town. It had a good local, tasty, healthy options, homemade bread feel but the food took an incredibly long time to be made and was not worth the wait. Not at all tasty and the employees handled everything from people's dirty trays to trash... More

This is a great little coffee shop that serves great sandwiches. It is perfect for breakfast or lunch. They also sell homemade breads and desserts.

The atmosphere is like a coffee shop. I went with one other person for lunch, and we paid $22 total for two regular-size sandwiches and one drink. The sandwiches were okay, but definitely not worth $9 each. I was most disappointed that they did not have any pricing on the sandwich menu--none at all. Also, there is no public restroom,... More

You're go to coffee shop. Come early for coffee as the pastries all made that morning in house sell out fast. The breakfast sandwiches are creative and great. Even lunch is a good balance of filling your stomach with a sandwich and soup. The coffee is great here in this friendly bakery.

We ordered breakfast to eat there and got a couple pastries to go. I loved my wrap for having veggies in it! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We got a strawberry danish and blueberry iced scone to snack on later. The pastries were super fresh, flakey and better than I have had in a LONG time.

Recently, while staying at a nearby hotel, we strolled into this market. Mind you, we were enjoying the tail end of the coffee we received at the hotel. We walked around town with our coffee in the styrofoam cups and then walked into this cafe. We ordered our breakfast and sat at a table chatting when the young man behind... More

stopped for breakfast and coffee. Nice little deli with awesome breakfast sandwiches. Not your run of the mill deli, quality stuff here. Loved the bread so much, purchased several loaves.

We heard a lot about Glen Mountain Market because they offer seitan sandwiches for the vegan crowd. However, we were really disappointed by what we received. We ordered the VTLS (bacon-flavored seitan, tomato, lettuce, and sprouts with vegan mayo) and the Sanctuary Special (flavored seitan, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, spicy mustard, and oil and vinegar). The VTLS was just bland and... More
