Stopped for lunch and didn't leave for hours. Wonderful food, very intense favours, very inventive dishes. Great place to explore the gastro tastes of Zanzibar. The seafood is super fresh and the best I tasted on the Island. Highly recommended.

Great location and great food, what more could you want! Would recommend to everyone, the lobster was amazing as was all the seafood we ate. Don't forget to book well in advance.

Very inventive and tasty cooking in the most amazing spot on a rooftop patio overlooking Stonetown. A must stop for an evening out while visiting Zanzibar. It's a beautiful hotel also.

Whilst staying at Emerson Spice Hotel, I had lunch at the Cafe. I cannot recall the name of the actual fish, but the preparation and taste was great. I mention preparation specifically as I find most restaurants in Zanzibar tend to overcook their seafood. The Cafe at Emerson Spice prepared & presented a delicious meal.
