Kids liked the milkshakes but I loved the coffee. We went here for lunch everyday. Great cafe. Would recommend it to anyone who was staying here.

I stayed here for one night and it was pleasant. Food was ok but I have to say the coffee and fresh bread were what makes this place special.

The place is located near our hotel so decided to stop by for a drink and food. The prices are a little steep compared to other places we have been in Stone Town, also they charge for wifi which caught me off guard. I ordered the spiced coffee which was good and samosa and my husband ordered a smoothie with... More

The best coffee in StoneTown. Nice interior, western coffee with an Zanzibar twist. But the chocolate cake can be better, too dry in my opinion. If the service is more with a smile it's gonna be a great place to sit. No terrace.

Very delicious Zanzibari spiced coffee, they put all kind of spices in the coffee and it is amazing. Good place if you want to buy some good coffee beans and take it back home, it would be a very special gift.

Thanks for sending us the review! The Coffee House may be a tad 'touristy' because tourists most of all need a coffee break! Karibu tena! Ahsante sana, Tia More

Hot and iced coffee and rich chocolate cakes in a quiet, colonial and cool coffee house. Obviously not targeting the locals. The cakes are all sublime albeit a bit expensive ...

We had two of the best coffees we have ever drunk. Everything re tried was delicious: Marrocino, spiced coffee, Samosas and homemade mango chutney, coconut and lime lassi. All served by lovely smiley ladies.
