If you feel like you haven't had good pizza in a while head to Stone Town Cafe. They have some very interesting pizzas, my favorite was the chicken mexicana. Not at all Zanzibari, but delicious. Order the spice tea, it is very good.

Stone Town Cafe is the 'central perk' hub of StoneTown. Excellent choice of fresh arabic style coffee and spiced coffee. Breakfast menu is particularly good and food always consistent and service much faster than many other places.
The location on Kenyatta Rd offers great people watching and is the office of choice for many people needing a quick work related...

Lovely place for breakfast/brunch. You'll be likely to meet some friendly locals and other travellers. The internet is patchy but its free, so be grateful ;)
Nice little cafe on Kenyatta Road serving wholesome and healthy food. Had a lovely breakfast on fresh mango juice and avocado on toast with grilled tomatoes. Delicious. Really good prices too. Would be 5/5 if they had wifi.
There is nothing to dislike, very popular with the tourists. Outdoor seating is good, lots of Western style food.
An oldie, the cafe is pleasant, has good service and good food. The next door Dolphin cafe also has wifi and is similar.
I try to avoid visit the same restaurant twice. I think, if you are travelling, you should visit different as many restaurants as you can but stone town cafe make me give up this way. The avocato salad, tuna & cuscus and octopus & rice are some good suggestion from the menu. The restaurant enviromental is simple, the staff are...

Ate here twice during Sauti za Busara in 2012. Food was great - really enjoyed our pizzas! Fresh fruit juices were good too! Service was relaxed but that is expected in Stonetown - especially during Sauti za Busara as the town is alive during that particular week in February.
Love the breakfast there. I had the coconut bread. Lovely served with some butter. The crepes with banana and honey was awesome. A hidden gem, truly!
