Portions were very generous, service was prompt and food was delivered in a very reasonable time. Great variety of items, western style, and taste was delicious.

I had lunch here 3 days ago, not sure what all the fuss is about - the food is seriously average. I only stopped by for a small falafel wrap, it was quite dry and completely overpowered by a sickly sweet chilli sauce along one side. The salad on the side was just bare, undressed lettuce leaves... The juice was... More

After a long day we were tired and didn't want to walk far from the hotel so our first stop brought us to stone town cafe. We took one look at the menu and it looked to good to be true. Falafel wraps, quesadillas, salads, pizzas, there was no way it could all be good. Ordered our drinks (non-alcoholic, they... More

Food is quite good and service is excellent. Just you may have to wait for a while for main dishes to be delivered.

Best meal we had in stone town! We were pleasantly surprised as the place does not look like anything special. We had grilled octopus and prawns as well as the seafood curry; portions were generous and excellent! Our servers were attentive and so sweet even though there was a large (loud and demanding) party of more than 15 people right... More

We had two delicious Swahili coffees with spices!! No comments!! The place is just perfect for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Highly recommended before or after your strolling in mysterious Stone Town narrow streets.

The service here was great. They took our family photo as if they had never seen a camera. They all had smiles and were very quick. This place is a great escape from the hot streets and right near some of the more touristy shops. The food was very nice and well priced. A good escape from shopping.

This is a family favorite for us. We love the avocado toast and the spice tea. Friendly and helpful service and a convenient location. We always make it a point to stop at the Stonetown Cafe whenever we are passing through.

Fabulous to eat a "home made" breakfast after terrible hotel breakfast bars. More fresh food than you can possibly eat, coffee aroma wakes up the senses. Stone Town Cafe's separate restaurant near town square is superb for lunch. Fresh seafood and BYOB made the dining experience special with a cool sea breeze floating thru. My family and I will return... More
