It's about having a meal on the harbor front before getting the ferry.

Can't complain about much. Service was okay, staff a bit challenged though. Food was also okay. Setting offers a nice view of the harbor and is 100 meters from the ferry terminal, so as a place for a quick bite or drink before heading back to Dar on the Ferry, Mercury's is a good choice. Flies were abundant, service was slow, and the wait staff did NOTHING to insure our dining experience was a good one. Give it a miss, as you aren't missing anything!

Lovely position right on the edge of stone town harbour and beach area, Service was good although english was a little challenging but we managed, food extremely tasty but other than for the rice, the portions were tiny. I would return there though as food was so tasty.. The restaurant is called Mercury's after Freddie Mercury from Queen who grew... More

We wanted to have a proper lunch but after noticing that the table covers were all sticky and dirty, we opted for simple margarita pizza and coke. The prices are okay. Some flies around. Would not recommend it unless you do not to walk five more minutes to more proper restaurants (as we didn't-which was a mistake)

Location of the restaurant is good, the pizza is also nice , it needs to improve on their steak and chicken corn soup

I love the theme! They play plenty of Queen music and even have Queen themed cocktails! The food was good and reasonably priced and the service was good! Well worth a visit.

Good aspect, good food and reasonable prices. Night we were there live music but not too loud. Near our hotel so just a happy walk home. Good luck!

We stayed at a hotel near by, so we decided to check out Mercury's and were surprised. Good food, great beach location and even good bears. The lobster was fresh and very very tasty, the fish and shrimp where great. The service can improve, but this is Africa after all....

Mercury's in Zanzibar -- check it off the bucket list. This was a great place for dinner, drinks and live music on our final night here. Don't be shy about dancing with the band - it's LOTS of fun :)
