Authentic Egyptian Cuisine on the Beach - Yum Yum!

A great little restaurant on the beach in "downtown" El Qusier, with scrumptious local delicacies and authentic Egyptian dishes, plentiful servings, an attentive staff, and very reasonable prices. A great place for a couple or a group, they are very accommodating and worth the visit!

Visited at end of Ramadan this July. They were busy with families enjoying the last day feast, food was still quickly served at our table whilst we sat on the sand looking at the waters edge. Its not the prettiest location in the world but you are in the middle of an Egyptian town not a tourist resort as such,... More

Dined there three times over New Year 2014-2015. Each time progressively worse. Soups are always great, but fresh seafood quality deteriorated over three visits. It was really good the first time over, but was progressively overcooked on the second and third visit. Maybe too many positive reviews and the restaurant becomes a bit of a hot spot? Give it a... I went here over Christmas with my friends. I dont eat fish but the rest of them do so I didnt want to stop them enjoying themselves. I needent have worried about it being just fish. The starters came out with a variety of dips and bread. They were gorgeous. I had spaghetti with a cream sauce for my main... More

The only place worth eating in El QUsier. You can choose fish from the fridge, or you can just ask for a platter. You get a selection of salads before the main dish, which are nearly enough to eat alone! This is the 3rd visit to this place and highly recommend the grilled prawns. For 6 of us it was... More

El Quseir is a bit of a kip, but El Ferdous by itself makes it worth visiting. Seafood is delicious, and prices very reasonable. Fresh lobster, large succulent prawns, grilled fish, even the fish stew is top notch. Highly recommended.
