I've been to Coquito several times since it opened and always had a good or great meal/experience. The restaurant is less than 15 minutes from me, has very good food, friendly staff, and a fun atmosphere. Their drinks, including the regular and coconut mojitos, are tasty. For appetizers, we usually order the chorizo and/or empanadas, which you can get in... More

I recently came here with my family for my sister's birthday and we loved it. The server was friendly and attentive, even joking around with us a bit; the food was great, for the most part. The appetizers (beef empenadas and chorizo in coconut sauce) were excellent. My family enjoyed their meals; I had the paella and found it to... More

We visited here on a Saturday night. Crowded but were seated promptly. Good group of young and middle aged folks. Waitstaff were polite, fast and knowledgeable about the menu. Spanish/Cuban food was delicious. Band was rockin with excellent music. Prices reasonable. Parking can be scarce so get there early. Reservations accepted. Highly recommend this fun place.

Three of us went on a Thursday it 4:45 walked in, with 2 tables taken. We were told without a reservation we couldn't be seated. That was after we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come seat us. We won't be making a reservation. Too many good restaurants in the area to hit this back road restaurant.

What a pleasant surprise! I am not a frequent visitor to Latin/Puerto Rican restaurant and we were going to go to Italian until we asked the Dr's office receptionist and she convinced us to go to this place. First impression of the outside and inside of the restaurant was it was very nice, welcoming, etc. The staff was fantastic. The... More

Our family is 100% Puerto Rican and I am embarrassed this establishment is allowed to call themselves Authentic Puerto Rican Food. I am not sure who is writing these 5 star reviews but they are false. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was horrible, beans burnt, oil tasted old, Pernil (no flavor) the range of menu items that were actually... More

My wife and I stopped for lunch today. We tried the empanadas and pastels appetizers which were great. I had the arroz con pollo which came in large pot. It was great and easily enough for two people. Also try the house special rum drink called a Coquito. Great food and service. I believe they have music at nights too.

Last trip to Coquito was on 7/6/14. Empanadas were authentic, well seasoned, delicious. The pork mofungo was very tasty with the chichirron. The service was good, everyone was friendly. My wife and I have eaten in many Warwick restaurants, this is one of our favorites.

We entered the restaurant with empty seats . No one seated us for 15 minutes . The only one who noticed us was the old bartender . The food menu was misleading and expensive . If. You are looking for attitude and disrespect from the hostess / I think owner go there. The waiter was ok but we had to... More

Love Coquito. The food, drinks and the atmosphere will tease you into thinking you are really in Puerto Rico. The food is perfectly authentic. Especially the Mofongo. Delicious!! It is now our go to restaurant for all our special occasions. From appetizers (must try the "pinchos" ) to dessert (the flan was wonderful!) you won't be disappointed!
