Located inside a busy (and therefore very noisy) casino. The casino does not have to abide by the NY law prohibiting smoking in public places, so although the restaurant itself is non-smoking, enough smoke wafts in from the hall to make dining unpleasant. Tables are close to the semi-circular booths, making movement difficult. We were a party of four, and... More

We came for a birthday day at the casino and some dinner and it was truly an amazing meal. The waiter who I beleive was Chris was great and attentive. A teeny bit pricey, but you are in a casino and all!

The food here is average at best. The portions are small. Think, $30 for shrimp scampi. I will say that shrimp was very large but the food tasted like something you would get at Carabbas. The decor and service are great though!

My honey & I had reservations at 5 pm for the Pino Bianco at the Turning stone casino in Verona on Friday, Valentine's night. Our waiter was Christopher. He was Great! They had a deal that cost $125.00 for 2 which included many things. However I didn't like the salad choices or main entrees. However, this year, they also had... More

Took my wife here for Valentine's day. We have eaten here before and can say from experience it is consistently good. We always ask for Anne-Marie as she is the best server there. Our food was tasty and prepared well as always and of course our service was prompt, friendly and flawless (thanks Anne!). Our bill with drinks, coffee and... More

A group of us ate at Pino Bianco between meetings this week, and I found the place to be a very attractive and welcoming restaurant. However, as I assign rankings with price in mind, I decided on giving this place a '4' instead of a '5,' as many of the entrees were up in the price range that demanded a... More

I wasn't expecting much from this place in Turning Stone Casino, but after I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised, They have a very good wine list at all prices levels, from $35 up. For appetizer I had Arancini, Sicilian rice-balls, which were very tasty, but the sauce it came with I left alone after tasting it and being too... More

We made reservations here just in case we were not able to walk into one of the casual resturants that did not take reservations. That was a wise decision as wait at the Upstate Tavern was a couple hours and the earliest seat and ability to eat here was well over a few hours. Meal itself was good. All four... More

This is the Italian restaurant inside the Tuening Stone Casino. It has the look and feel of an old Brooklyn Italian neighborhood restaurant. The food was exceptional. The service was very good. Because I have celiac disease, I have to find restaurants with gluten free options. That is usually difficult in an Italian restaurant. However, they offer gluten free bread... More
