Awesome food, great portions, great service! The walk to get into the restaurant from the parking area is a little far and you have to walk through the smoky casino to get in. Those are the two biggest negatives.

Meal was good as well as the atmosphere and service. Lots of red sauce dishes not a lot of wine based and cream based. Think of your local adequate italian joint and double the price and you have Pino. Try Upstate Taverns Shimp Riggies as Italian alternative to Pino at $17 and you will feel like you hit the jackpot!

It was quiet and the service was excellent. They have a very good wine list . The meatball sandwich is very good .

My husband and I had our first trip to this lovely resort. We had reservations at a different restaurant and decided last minute to change. This was the best Eggplant Parm I have ever had. The server was pleasant and we would certainly go back!

Had the eggplant parm and it was spectacular! Wait staff attentive for the most part (except she forgot to bring my iced tea after she came back to the table 2 times).

When my daughter and I arrived at Pinot Bianco, we were 15 minutes early for our 7:15PM reservation and despite there being tables available, Nate, would not seat us until exactly at 7:15PM. Despite Nate's cool demeanor, when we finally got to our table, we were greeted by the most impressive waiter named Chris who was extremely attentive and accommodating.... More

Food is always delicious..recommend the greens as appetizer. Haddock francaise and chicken marsala are awesome. Bread with every meal. We always request mary as our waitress. If wasnt so pricy would go every weekend.

I set myself up for disappointment because I was under the impression that this was a fine dining restaurant, however after checking the website I saw that it's described as a "casual yet sophisticated Italian family dining setting." With that said, the atmosphere was loud and the decor was tacky but I did enjoy the open kitchen. Our waitress was... More
