Stopped here for breakfast while passing through Tully. It is obviously a neighborhood gathering place, with folks stopping to chat with each other. Very comfortable atmosphere, clean, and good prices. They had a special of blueberry French toast, something different from the normal breakfast choices. My food was very good, served promptly. It's a nice little café.

We have stopped here before - this place has my father's favorite biscuits and gravy. We both had omelets. Great food and great service - we will be back next time through.

We stopped here on the way back from Niagara Falls to New Jersey and didnt know what to expect. Not only do they have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu but service was quick! My son has food allergies and they were very careful to check ingredients which my wife and greatly appreciated. The food was great, my wife's Reuben... More

I had dinner at the Elm Street Café. The food was very good and from what I could see from everyone else, they enjoyed it as well. The staff was young and quite good, efficient. The room was quite noisy and that detracted from the overall experience. All in all it was fine for me being by myself on business.... More

We asked the Elm Street Cafe to cater our Christmas party and were absolutely amazed by the quality of food and the competitive pricing. I would absolutely recommend them to cater any event.

You realize immediately that this is a favorite for the locals. Waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. We ordered special omelets which were warm, fresh and tasty. Coffee was fresh and good and the breads were filled with grain. If you want a spot to meet friends this is it! A treasure for the small town. They need strawberry jam... More

We stayed at a local Best Western and had plans to drive back to Syracuse for dinner. The front desk had let us know about local restaurants including the Elm St Cafe. Tired and not craving anything in particular we decided to go there. I had a burger with mash and gravy, SO had a steak sandwich. Now some may... More
