So last evening my wife and I went to the Tap House in Tuckahoe. Our first choice was too busy so we went to the Tap House. Should have known better when we walked in and we were one of only a handful of customers. My wife ordered a cobb salad and I ordered the chili burger special Medium. It... More

Enjoyed some delicious Bloody Marys' and 1/2 price Prosecco at Brunch. You can't go wrong with apps of fried pickles and wings. Service was a little slow but the wait staff was attentive to keeping our glasses filled while we waited for our food. Swordfish/Mango tacos were delicious as was the pulled pork on Texas toast. Short rib sliders were... More

How can you go wrong with a restaurant in the Pearl Group? Tap House opened several years ago and I always considered it a treat when I went there. One of my favorite dishes they had was the Italian Nachos, which was nacho chips drizzled with alfredo sauce and draped in proscuitto, olives and mozzarella cheese (was to DIE for).... More

What an elegant but not stuffy or pretentious place to have brunch! It is a short walk from the train station and you can stroll around town to digest. However, the food was not memorable. I had a beet and goat cheese salad, eggs benedict, and the double chocolate cake. The salad needed a little bit more acidity to combat... More

I grew up in this area, and I like to go back to my old neighborhood when I'm in Westchester County visiting family. Tuckahoe has a good selection of restaurants, so we usually have lunch or dinner at one. This time we ate at the Tap House, where we have enjoyed many meals. Our party of 5 had clam chowder,... More

Located directly across the street from the Tuckahoe train station, the Tap House was our choice for a quiet Sunday lunch. When I walked in I was struck by the warmth of the bar area, tables and booths. The menu was varied, I chose the chicken parm sliders, my son chose the pork sliders and his companion the French toast.... More

We live in the area and go around 1 to 2 times a month. Looks like an English gastropub with a long bar down one side. The Tap House has a large selection of drinks and a very good beer list. Food is very good - from buffalo wings to seared tuna. Daily specials and seasonal specials are very good.... More

Enjoy going here for a glass of wine. Food is decent, they do a good burger & yummy sweet potato fries.

We've been to this restaurant on numerous occasions. It has exceeding gone downhill. The food used to be fairly good, but has now significantly deteriorated. Small portions, high prices is the norm. This could easily be overlooked if the food was good and/or of good quality. Sorry to say, but the last few times we visited, the food was terrible...meaning,... More

I have never come across a bar that turns patrons away. I have tried to have a drink here with friends on three separate occasions all after 10pm. On all three occasions we were told "sorry the bar is closed". Why turn away paying customers!? We do not feel welcomed and we will not be returning.
