We went to Dinosaur BBQ to preview foods we'll be having when they cater my daughter's wedding reception in October. We tried all the foods they'll be serving. Ribs won out as the fave. The beans w/sausage were "out of this world". No one went home disappointed OR hungry.

Delicious bar-b-que find in this part of the country, a must-visit if you are taking kids to RPI! Fantastic BBQ plus amazing homemade side dishes and desserts (mac and cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, cole slaw, cornbread). We loved the ribs and pulled pork. You gotta love the Dinosaur. It has a vibe all its own and the wait staff holds nothing back. Great beer selection, outstanding rib selection and I love the choice of sides.

We have been to many barbeque places down south and Dinosaurs does not compare. The brisket was dry and without flavor.We are used to a blues theme at a BBQ not piped in heavy metal music with servers covered with tattoos.Havn't gone back.
