Really excellent Polish food

My daughter and I ate here when I was moving her into RPI. The kitchen is very small and the waits can be long but the food is really good. We had a 1/2 order of potato pancakes as an appetizer and then my daughter had pirogi's and I had a pork schnitzel with an egg on top. both were... read more

Muza was definitely authentic! We enjoyed pierogis, kielbasa, sauerkraut and potato pancakes for our oversized dinner. While this isn't fine dining, it'll definitely fill you up (and then some)! Service was outstanding, and we even got to meet the chef briefly. The family pride shows through in the restoration work the owners have done to the property, and this is... More

I am always asking myself how it is to eat local food outside of my country of origin, especially that it is unexpected to find Polish restaurants around the world (at least it was the first one on my way). Now I know for sure that it is worth trying, since Muza accomplished that task perfectly with their stuffed cabbage,... More

I went to Muza for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the polish feast, my husband the vienna schnitzel as well as some soup to start off with and a half of order of the potato pancakes. Coming from a polish family i know good polish food, you can tell this is all homemade. The soup... More

This restaurant is owned and operated by a Polish family who know their food. Their daughter is the food server and is such a delight. Loved their potato pancakes, pierogi (they fry them upon request), mashed potatoes, kielbasa. Stuffed cabbage had just a bit more rice than I'd like but it was moist, tender and full of flavor. Somewhat small... More

This is a must-stop meal destination for my Polish family. When they come in from out of town, one of the first things we plan is a stop at Muza. Grandma's recipes, Mom and Dad are in the kitchen, daughter Agnes waits tables. Great service, a few good laughs and a full belly.

Great Polish Food in Troy. Been here twice. Both times had great meals. Good size portions, try not to over order and save space for dessert. The stuffed cabbage is great. Pork chop is very good too. Interesting take on sauerkraut. Goulash had too much potatoes and not enough meat, but great flavor. If you are lucky enough to find... More

A welcome change from our usual restaurants. While not a culinary show stopper of a restaurant, it was reasonably priced and filling Eastern European food. I had read other reviews and saw people didn't like the latkes. While I didn't dislike them, mine are better. The kielbasa was the best I've ever had. It surely wasn't Hillshire Farms. The place... The place had almost every table full. Waitress did a great job making sure all tables were waited on properly. My only complaint was that potato pancakes were a bit greasy. They were huge, but sorry guys not the best that Tuesday night. Enjoyed rest of meal. So did rest of family.

You must get there early as its a small restaurant but the food is worth it! The pickle soup is the best! The portions are very generous!
