Had a nice fish fry and corn-on-the-cob. We also had the Crystal Beach Loganberry drink. There was live music and, of course, a river to watch while we ate.

Nice chicken sandwich. Milkshakes are not very good and neither is the sweet potato fries. The area is really nice, not too bad. I'll give it average.

Yes, I tried the bunny dog and the cold slaw dog. Both were very good and would eat either again. Sweet potato fries I did not like at all because the sweet potatoes were not peeled which made the fries rather tough to eat. The potato would melt in your mouth but still there was potato skin, just not a... More

On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, I went with a friend to Old Man River to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the Niagara River. I also had a craving for a Bunny Dog, which is a (very large) marinated grilled carrot, served on a roll, with all the fixings which would normally be selected for a hot dog. I opted to... More

Nothing says summer like eating favorite eats with a riverside view and the open air. All the more special when you can push the season with the eats and the atmosphere at the edges of spring and fall. OLD Man River will always have a special place in my heart for traditional comfort foods of summer and endearing veggie options... More

This is a longstanding family owned staple in the City of Tonawanda. The food is amazing. You have a great view of the river. My favorite is a plain old burger and fries. The price is very reasonable and the service is quick. A great spot to have an easy meal.

Their sweet potato fries are to die for. The best. Love sitting out on the patio and listening to live music. Food is great! Staff is very attentive. We go there all the time for the Zydeco music.

I love going down by the river for a bite to eat at Old Man River. We usually take a walk after dinner and watch the sunset. The food at OMR can be good, but it can also be kinda bad. I've had a great chicken dinner at the Shack, the seafood and BBQ hut located behind the main restaurant.... More
