My husband and I are staying near the area and our hotel recommended among a few other places to eat. The front entrance is confusing. There's a sign with an arrow pointing to the front door but it doesn't look like it should be the entrance compared to the door you see on the side of the building. The servers... More

I have been going to the Carillon for years with my family. When you walk in there is a dining area with tables to the left, 3 booths on the right, and a bar atmosphere along with more tables next to windows on the right. A big fish tank is in the hallway, which is neat to look at. The... More

Visiting family in my hometown wtih other family and needed a place for dinner. Glad we thought of the Carillon on the Hague Road. Better than we expected! We all chose a pasta-based dish. I had the Chicken Pomodora and it was excellent. Chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce (like alfredo) was flavorful and delicate, as it should... More

Not bad. I ordered the seafood pot pie, which was okay, but a bit of a letdown based on the description. The "crab" was actually surimi and the shrimp was heavily overcooked. Seafood bisque was nice and creamy but lacking flavor.

We were staying in the village of Ticonderoga and enquired our motel for a good place to get some dinner. The Carillon was recommended, and we had a fine time. Not a fancy place by any means, but everyone was very friendly, and the food was great !

Carillon, not far from the center of historic Ticonderoga, was quite busy for a Monday evening, with lots of out of state guests and full tables already by 6pm. That did slow down the service, which keeps us from giving the place five stars. Having said that, the waitstaff was very considerate of our child, bringing her soup in a... More
