Dominick's is an old line Syracuse Italian site. Their cornflake and almond crusted haddock, Syracuse Crunch, style is superb. Try the banana pie with large pieces of banana. The bread is also superb. Good service. Nice atmosphere. It is worth a lunch or dinner try.

This classic old line place still delivers classic Italian dishes. We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna. Both prepared well. Somewhat casual atmosphere. Attentive wait staff. Worth a visit!

I was in Syracuse for a two-day workshop. I was talking about macaroons with the hotel receptionist and she tolde about Dominick's and their macaroons. So I went for dinner and had the garlic pizza and chicken riggies - seems to be a Syracuse signature dish these days. Awesome dinner! Friendly hostess and waiter. Just wish o could have taken... They have all kinds of food. We both had Italian, eggplant & chicken parm. I had the lunch portion & my boyfriend had the dinner portion & we both had doggie bags. If you love desert, try the coconut cake with raspberry filling. Their deserts are homemade. You won't be disappointed.

We used to love coming to this restaurant, but our last few visits were disappointing. Ordered prime rib - over cooked and short on flavor, baked potato tasted like a leftover from a few days ago. Salad was usual fare. Service OK.... portions are large, price is right, but I'd rather have a good tasting meal. Landmarks sometimes need to... More

They may give large portions but the food was bad. Our steaks had no flavor. My husbands French fries tasted like fish. My mashed potatoes were like eating a salt lick. We joked when we left about how the best part of our meal was the soda. Never the less our dogs enjoyed our porter house steaks. Our waitress was... More

We've eaten before at Dominck's and found it a good-value, moderately-priced family restaurant. This evening was an exception perhaps because they were understaffed or training new kitchen help. The server was harried, and did not stop at the table to ask about the entries for which we had waited an unusually long time. The fish was luke warm and dry.... More
