We used to go to Dominic's quite often. They have been very inconsistent and have gone down hill as far as we are concerned. Ok, the portions are huge but the flavor is not there. You can absolutely tell that most of the food is frozen, not fresh. I was bummed out to have a baked potato that had been... More

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our dinner was so bad, that no one in our party will ever return to this restaurant. My first impression was the hostess being rude and snooty. Then, we get seated at a table that looks like its right from a diner, in a dining room that must have had... More

We stopped at Dominick's on a Saturday evening at about 6:30PM. We were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait so we headed to the bar, where we waited a considerable amount of time to be served by a bartender who didn't seem all that interested in service. We were called for our table after 25 minutes, which was... More

We have been to Dominic’s many times in the past. It has been a while since our last visit, many months for sure. It is a very “local” favorite. Many of the customers seem to be known by name to the staff. Even though we don’t frequent that often, the staff is very friendly. Our visit was on Dec 15.... More

Had a family dinner for 30+ people. Restaurant had set up the buffet we had ordered. Food was good. Staff did an excellent job of keeping glasses and cups filled. Buffet was refilled quickly so that food stayed fresh. Will use them for future midsized and large family gatherings.

Ample parking, close to freeway, stable menu always had enough to take home for another meal.Bakery near the entrance door, I particularly enjoyed the cannolis, regular and chocolate.I have been going to Dominic's since I worked briefly at the VA hospital in the early 90 'sFor eligible veterans who are enrolled in the VA Syracuse the Valor Inn on the 9th floor has... I have been to the restaurant several times over a few years and always leave satisfied and with enough for another meal. I have tried several entrees and liked everyone! Italian is the theme but there are numerous choices for everyone's palate. The bread is absolutely the best anywhere! It has real Italian flavor and texture! The eggplant parm I... More

Such a shame, this used to be THE go-to place in Syracuse for Italian fare. Now there are so many better options. We have been going there for over 20 years, but our return visits keep getting further and further apart. The quality of the food is not what it was (nothing like rubbery chicken parm to spoil your meal).... More

The food here is consistently great - no matter what dish you order. That is what is wonderful about this place. I always like the veal parm, though. The cost is reasonable to boot. The service is also good. However, when we went, they would not take reservations unless we were a party of 10 or more. That is the... More
