Good food great time

Absolutly love this place. Very interesting menu with the standard fare but also a number of good Irish entrees. Wonderful environment. When they have Irish music, you can be assured of a lot of singing and fun.

We went last night for a graduation dinner with our daughters. Have been there every time we have visited our daughter at SU, now that she has graduated, our trips will be sadly fewer! This place and the amazing food will be the main reason I visit Syracuse in the future! :)

A definite must when visiting. The atmosphere is welcoming and has a quaint European feel to it. I had the clam chowder after which I told my husband it was so good I could jump in the bowl - best I've ever had & I'm from VA

I have been here many times. Very welcoming and a Great place to have a few pints and make new friends. Mike is a great employee that really made our night with his thick accent. I thought I was in Ireland and had to look outside at the crazy weather to remind me I wasn't. Can be loud with the... More

Unique selection of meal choices. Reuben was very good. Ask for the homemade mustard. In the downtown restaurant area. Good meal, not too expensive.

Great experience. Showed up in Syracuse to watch the NCAA Basketball tournament and the Town was packed. Kitty Hoynes was across the street from our hotel so we popped in. First off, they have some of the best pub food I've ever had. Next I want to compliment the staff for managing the crowd inside the bar and out. The... More

This was probably the most authentic pub food we have ever had. It was so delicious all four of us raved about it. Our waiter was the best ever!!

Kitty Hoynes recommended by a friend. We spent a couple of hours there before our NCAA basketball game at the Dome. The shuttle was literally right outside their door. VERY convenient. We sat at the bar which we prefer. Bartenders Eddie and Derrick were fantastic even though totally swamped. The food was very good and reasonably priced. We were wearing... More

This was my first trip to Syracuse. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza and Kitty Hoynes was recommended by the hotel. The experience was very mediocre. We went for lunch on a Monday and the place was pretty empty, maybe a dozen guests. The staff was friendly enough and the decor is interesting although strangely divided with the bar area... More
