Nice Italian Family Restaurant!!

I actually got directions to this restaurant after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. I didn't know much about the area, so I thought I'd see what was around. I'm so glad I made this choice!! Their homemade lasagna was out of this world. I ordered the lasagna, with a tossed salad, and an order of... read more

If you're looking for a high end fancy restaurant this isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for some good basic Italian food that's inexpensive and tasty this is it. Walking in the door the you walk right past the small kitchen on the left, where you will see familiar faces of family members preparing food. You can... More

We ended up at Angotti's because we were traveling and it was near the interstate. We entered and I was immediately alarmed but we pressed on and gave it a try. To say it's outdated would be an understatement. The servers weren't even in uniforms or restaurant appropriate attire- they came to the tables wearing rubber gloves. The dining room... More

First time here, even though we have lived in Syracuse for 30 yrs! Had to wait for a table...nice to stand in hallway with lots of other friendly folks! Place is basic, specials of night come on hand written piece of paper. We had antipasto for one (plenty for two)- good stuff, nice dressing. Garlic pizza appetizer- excellent, enough for... More

This is a must stop in Syracuse... Small family dining.. Home cooked meal... Local local local business. Great tasting and priced right.. Thank you Angotti family for staying in business, providing great food and great service. Well done. Tip.... Arrive early.

Angotti's never disappoints me. There are some constants: - Yes, you may have to wait. - No, there is no bar to wait at. - Yes, the dining room is dated - Yes the food is fantastic - Yes, the portions are huge Generally speaking, when somebody recommends a restaurant because portions are big, I'm less interested. I care more... More

I have wanted to try Angottis after hearing about it from friends and relatives through the years and from reading reviews. I had to twist my husband's arm to go with me as he does not care for italian food..We went on Friday afternoon and were met by a nice waitress who sat us down and got our drink order.... More

My spouse and I recently stopped in Angotti's for lunch. We haven't been there for about ten years. Boy, has this place changed. The food used to be great and so was the service. Not anymore!!! Our food was horrible. It was the worst lasagna and eggplant we have ever had. There was no trace of meat in the lasagna,... More

I moved across town but still find myself driving 30 minutes for a calzone. Eat in or take out food is always great. Once you have it you won't be able to resist.

Had this place recommended from a work colleague, outside and neighborhood is a little so so, but sauce and food is fabulous and very reasonable. A time warp with paneling, but have gone back numerous times and wasn't jammed during SU events.
