Service is always great, food is ample portions and prepared fresh to order. Lunch specials are the best. My wife and I make a point of eating there at least once a week, and have never been disappointed. The lunch menu specials are a bit diverse, not necessarily just Italian food, although my wife and I stick with the basics.... More

Located at Western Lights, this is a wonderful restaurant. Comfort food at its best. My wife and I usually get the lunch eggplant Parmesan which comes with bread, a salad and a bowl of pasta, We always end up taking the entree home for supper, as the salad, bread and pasta fills us up.The waitress is wonderful (don't know here... I used to go to DiBello's when I lived close by, so I was interested in trying it again and using a coupon from my Syracuse dining book. I was shocked to see that the restaurant exists in a time warp--nothing has been changed or updated since the 1980s. It looks very dated and tired-and quite frankly, ragged. The service... More

Good food at reasonable prices. Casual sit down atmosphere, although a bit dated. Wait staff could be a bit more friendly, almost like we were bothering them.

This past Saturday, March 2, 2013, I made a reservation for 30 people. Our youth hockey team was going to have dinner together after a game. The restaurant had only 1 waitress on to take orders and serve drinks. An hour and fifteen minutes after ordering no food had come out of the kitchen. When one of the hockey parents... More

We know we'll get good lasagna every time we go here to eat. Good bargain on Wed nights-$8.95. We always get a second meal from what we take home. Good pizza, but we can order that for take-out. Good Sunday breakfast place-we like their breakfast pizza.

We took out of town company to DiBello's for dinner. Went early, place was empty except 1 other table when we arrived. 4 adults, 1 tween, 1 toddler. We all, except 1 & toddler, ordered off the earlybird menu & didn't open the regular menu. I should have been clued in when she didn't mention that ranch cost extra when... More

This place has zero atmosphere but some of the best pizza and wings in town. The wings are crispy and not oozing in sauce. The pizza is very good, with a great crust. Don't go for a date or special event, but one of the best if you are hungry for wings and a slice.

I placed an order for delivery - and then they never delivered. I can't rate the food. But the service and follow-up was terrible. Apparently, it is my responsibility to confirm their location relative to mine and provide directions. (a 12 minute drive according to google maps) Needless to say, 2 hours later I finally received my pizza....which I ordered... More
