Restaurant in a beautiful old house

Took my daughter and her boy friend and my sister a couple of nights ago. Attentive staff and great food! Tuna appy special was perfect. Steaks were done to order and the swordfish was excellent!! Not an inexpensive meal but Yummy!!!

Atmosphere combines with good food on Onondaga Hill to create an inviting place for Sunday Supper. A welcoming greeting and congenial server made us instantly comfortable. Your choice of several Sunday Specials for $16.95 are quite good. Pricier items on the regular menu are also available. A large selection of homemade desserts and a well-stocked bar are just some of... More

Great dining experience at the Inn of the Seasons in Syracuse. From the initial greeting throughout the meal and ending with desert and coffee this was a very nice experience. Our waitress was very attentive and meals were excellently prepared and presented. I am always a sucker for Osso Buco and I was not disappointed. The flavors were great. My... More

This was a recommendation from a friend. Thank god for the friend. What a great place. A nice quiet atmosphere made for a very peaceful evening. The food made it an exciting evening. Nicely constructed menu, by the chef who I believe owns it with his wife, the very charming hostess. I started with the Crab cakes in a piquant... More

We visited a year ago and made a return visit for our anniversary dinner. I had hoped to see some changes, but alas nothing has. The dining room still looks in need of an update, but is at least clean and the white linen adds class. The menu seems to be aimed at older clientele as that was primarily the... More

Just had another FABULOUS wine pairing dinner at the Inn, with amazing wines from Willamette Valley Vineyards wines, from Oregon. Starting with perfect Parmesan crisps, topped with goat cheese and caviar, paired with the delightful Whole Berry Cluster Pinot!! WOW!! Then, an open faced lobster roll paired perfectly with a 2011 Estate Chardonnay?? Not to mention the AMAZING salmon with... More

Visited Syracuse for a High school reunion. College friend suggested this restaurant because years ago his wedding reception was here. Nice bar. GREAT food.

I took my family to the Inn of the Seasons for a special dinner for my mother. The food and service were both very good, I had the steak, and my mother had the seafood platter which she seemed very pleased with. Our server was attentive and helpful and constantly filling our water glasses which was very nice. The only... More

There was our party and one other couple in the whole place. Even with that, the service was marginal, the vegetables cold, and the onion straws cold. The place just looked run down. The pictures in the dining area are faded and wrinkled, (one looked water stained). The place had a musty smell. We have been going there for years,... More
