Great Clams...

The chowder is delish, the fish always tastes fresh, and the service is good. They have something for everyone. I especially love the Linguini with Clam sauce. You get fresh clams over pasta that is amazing.

Food was great. Pre seating service needs to improve. Long time customer and was always able to transfer bar tab to table, but not tonight. We were told management doesn't allow it. Hostess was in over her head also. We requested a table in the bar srea and were told we were next up and then she proceeded to seat... More

I have had duck at the Ritz Carlton in SINGAPORE and the Clam Bar has it best. Sautéed shrimp and scallops in a one of a kind sauce. Spicy creamy lemony garlic unbelievable

Great selection of seafood and other items. One of the few restaurants where I have found fried oysters and they were excellent. Casual atmosphere with somewhat limited seating especially on the weekend. Service was friendly and prompt.

My sister and enjoyed a solid meal here with very friendly service. My stuffed sole was very good, with a creamy crab filling. I loved the crunchy bits of celery. I appreciate that the, extremely good, salad was included with the meal. Lots of restaurants are a la carte now so this touch is nice. Very good iced tea. A... More

Clam Bar is a great local restaurant, nothing fancy or pretentious just great food! The specials are always unique & tonight did not disappoint. The snapper with sweet chili oil and crab meat was delicious! The broiled haddock flaky moist and perfect. What also makes this place special is the warm atmosphere from the servers like Sharon and Kate who... More

This place has a comfortable neighborhood bar atmosphere with a restaurant that never lets us down. The last time we were there we had two kinds of fish, haddock and barramundi, both breaded. There were several fish choices and clams, too, of course. It's not elegant or fancy, just good quality, reasonable and satisfying.

Finally a decent place to get seafood up here. Fried oysters were nice and fresh and plump not too much batter. Fries were great. Husband got the blackened grouper which was excellent. First time we tried salt potatoes and they were delicious. Came with side salad. Their homemade bread was fantastic which came with garlic butter. Cold draft beer topped... More

Food was good, were able to get a seat quickly (after 8pm on a Saturday night). Waitress was having some issues keeping our table straight with the one across from us but we were all joking about it. Service was good. We had fried clams, steamed clams, soup and sauteed scallops. Food was good - nothing to knock your socks... More

I'd had almost everything else at this local seafood restaurant, but I'd never before tried the crab cakes. They were actually better than I expected, and above the average for most restaurant. I could tell that they contained mostly crab meat, versus the artificial stuff that loads up many restaurants' chain meals. They were nicely fried (or baked), with a... More
