My go to place when staying in Carrie Circle

Food is terrific, service is great and very close to Carrie Circle Hotels. A must try while in Syracuse for any reason, also a good option away from downtown during SU events.

Clean, knowledgable wait staff, quick service, good food/atmospher. Appeared to be locally owned. Menu had a variety, but was not a book of a 100 options (that's a good thing) was nice they specialized instead of trying to be everything to everyone.

I've been eating here since I was a kid. As much as I love just about everything on the menu, I still want to order what I ordered when I was 7 or 8 years old! It's still the best Italian restaurant in the Cuse...which is a city full of Italian restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

We found this lovely restaurant via Trip Advisor while driving east on the NY Thruway. Easy-on, east off. Very nice, extremely pleasant staff, good service and fine food at very reasonable prices. We had enough for another meal. You won't be disappointed.

While driving back from New York City we were desperate to find a restaurant so we could have a decent dinner (we were very tired of fast food at this point!). We came across reviews of Joey's and decided to give it a try particularly as it is just off I90 at exit 35. First of all, don't judge the... More

My colleages and I were in Syracuse on business and ventured away from Armory Square to find Joey's Classic, and are we glad we did. The food was wonderful - authentic Italian. And the prices were very reasonable. I had the Beef Braciola which was almost exactly the way my grandmother made it. I would go again if in the... More

We discovered this place because it's across the street from Days Inn University. Great Italian food. Cozy place. We left with leftover's. You get nice warm bread with whipped garlic butter before your meal. Prices were good. Great find. Would go there again if we're in the area.

We went to Joey's while visiting from out of state. The food was out of this world, but our waitress left a lot to be desired. We had a party of 9 and she seemed to have a hard time remembering who ordered what. When she brought my drink to me, it wasn't what I ordered and I politely told... More

First and foremost I would like to thank you so much for giving us a five star review even though I don't feel that we earned it. Iam so pleased that you enjoyed the food but not thrilled on the service you received. We really strive everyday to give our customers the total dining experience. I personally would like to... Very busy for a weeknight dinner. Server was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the portions generous. The chocolate mousse was outstanding. We will go back if we are in the area of East Syracuse. The restaurant is very close to the NYS Thruway making for a convenient stop while traveling.

I like Joey's. We eat upstairs in the more casual area as compared to the fancier 1st level. The service is excellent and the prices range from 11.99 to 16.99. The food is very good consistently from year to year as well. It is a good location right neat a bunch of hotels.
