Man food

Some places cater to ladies, but really this is a place for guys. Nice, big, reasonably priced sandwiches in a simple atmosphere. If you are looking for vegetarian or small portions or anything cute, you won't really find it here.

There was a best sandwich in Syracuse article I saw recently where a number of people wrote comments "How could you have missed Second North Deli??". Second North Deli? What is that, and what have I missed? So, last night, a trip for food. Walk in, eyeball the menu board and the guy behind the counter starts talking to us.... More

I actually made a commercial some years ago for the Signature London Broil at this place. Was meeting a friend for lunch, and I suggested here because I actually wanted to try the London Broil. $10 for sandwich and a drink. The bread roll was some variation of "fresh" with which I am apparently unfamiliar. The meat was chewy and... More

This restaurant touts it's London Broil sandwich as the best in town. I went a few months ago and had one and never one to not give second chances I tried it again today. The lot... More

Went there first time today. Pleasant staff, quick service. Place was nice, has bar area with dining area as well as a separate dining area. Husband had turkey sandwich and soup. He enjoyed both. I had tuna sandwich. We shared home made potato chips that we heard so much about. Tuna was on a fresh roll with lettuce and tomato.... More

Great little place, good lunches and good happy hour too! Places like this are all about the value. You can tell the ownership takes both pride and value seriously.

Fresh baked bagutette rolls stuffed with fresh cut meat make this the best sandwich in Syracuse. Add a basket of real home made potato chips, they're awesome.
