The food was great as well as the ambiance; however, you have to go there prepared to spend lots of money! I went with a friend and it more than $300 for the two us, including drinks. Depending on your budget, this may be a great place for special occasions.

Loved this place. If you are looking for a great place to dine. Look no further. $$$$ yes but worth the money.

no two ways about it, great steaks, sushi and presentation, but, be prepared to pay for the privilege. Have the donuts for dessert!

Very nice restaurant with top notch food and service. We came on a Thursday night and it became a bit noisy later in the evening, but apart from that, it could not have been better. The prices are steep.

This restaurant is very cute and inviting. It is also very big and seems like fun just to hang out at the bar. There is enough space so the diners and the people at the bar aren't on top of one another. My boyfriend and I decided to eat the crab cake which was delicious, we also ate California rolls.... We went to this restaurant for a birthday celebration. This is not the first time we were here. The food was mediocre at best. We are so dissatisfied. I don't know what happened! Go to Vintage or Rothmanns.

Service was subpar. Wine steward not knowledgeable. Didn't know fish special was 92 dollars, something you would think should of been told when server recommended. Spent 280 dollars for meal with no dessert.

Rare 650 offers a variety of food, but when I am in the mood for a good steak dinner, this is one of the two places on Long Island where I go. Every time I eat here, I order the Porterhouse steak for 2. Order it medium rare and don't forget to order the roasted crimini mushrooms, creamed spinach( can't... More

The overall experience at Rare 650 is Split... Although the food was very good the staff is a Bit Stuffy. Stuck-up sort of speak. Had their Veal Chop and twin South African tail..($80.00) Great Combo my wife and I split. Made our own Surf N Turf . Everything is A la carte. Waiter mad you feel like you should order... More
