Come by and enjoy the best Japanese food in Queens. Here at the Ariyoshi Japanese Restaurant we offer amazing service in a calm environment. Ariyoshi currently has more than 85 seats, in the form of tables as well as an 8-seat bar counter. It incorporated an izakaya menu that it now provides along with local sake from Japan. The dining area is divided into two rooms, and each has a completely different atmosphere which insures that customers will never be bored. In one of the dining rooms, in thinking about families special attention was even paid to the lighting. The larger of the two rooms can also be used for private parties on the weekend.

feels like Japanese food today? I come here.

I eat out often as much as other New Yorkers. So I prefer to comfort than fancy. For me, comfort restaurant means inexpensive n tasty, clean n quite enviroment with familiar people. I've been here since 2006. I visit once a week to once a month. there is one time i didnt like my food-chicken... read more

Variety of Japanese dishes are served. I visit the restaurant almost every month. Nice atmosphere, friendly waiters, family-friendly and good taste. You can order Japanese Sake, too. Enjoy from the grill, sushi and much more!

It is my local Japanese place and I couldn't have a better Japanese place in my backyard. it offers besides excellent sushi typical Japanese dishes- try tako su and grilled mackerel! Oshinko is always on my list. Love choices of sake and plum wine.

This is the best Japanese food you can get in Queens, without a doubt. We even prefer to eat here over going into Manhattan, unless it's a special occasion meal. Seems always full of Japanese people, especially at the bar. It's such a lovely restaurant. They pay attention to the details, from the cute menu, the servers always smiling, the... More

Before I forget, I love flounder with ginger sauce from this place. Another favorite of mine is Ariyoshi Nabe. A lot of appetizers from here that I think you should try each time you come here. You won't regret having just a few appetizers to cover your dinner if you don't feel like eating a lot. I used to like... More

Great neighborhood Japanese restaurant, that has expanded over the years, but not lost it's friendliness. I've been a customer since the beginning, and have introduced friends and family. Consistently above-average food, presentation & service.

Like many other reviewers, my boyfriend and I have been eating at Ariyoshi for years because we enjoy the delicious food and friendly staff. The rolls taste fresh and are given in generous portions. Another recommended dish is the Kijidon and Udon special (salad, udon soup, teriyaki meat dish and icecream), which is always savory and filling. I also have... More

My family and I have been enjoying meals at Ariyoshi's for years. The food is always excellent and the service is good. One of my favorites is the Ariyoshi salad...the dressing is amazing! The tempura is never greasy, the rolls are fresh and tasty, the teriyaki (especially steak) is wonderful. Always a great experience!
