Found Pete's through Trip Advisor while staying at La Quinta. Wait staff was excellent, and food was very good. Bonus was they served alcohol also. So ended up staying while waiting for friends coming off the Number 7.

No frills place with good food and friendly service! Ribs were awesome. Spaghetti OK. Prices are also ok. Absolutely solid choice.

Amazing food at all times of the day with friendly staff and quick service, we ate here almost everyday for the two weeks we were in New York. Definitely some of the best food in NY state and one of the highlights of the holiday

...you just got very lucky. This is everything you want in a diner. Big menu, reasonable prices and a big screen TV with the ballgame on. Quick service, and with a smile. For a diner, it's a nicely decorated place, clean too...and parking to boot. My teenage sons love Pete's.

Stayed at the La Quinta and choose this great diner over the breakfast offered at hotel. The food is outstanding, portions are big. Flavor reminds me of mom's house. The fresh baked pastries are awrsome. At here 5 days in a row for breakfast. This is a real gem.

Stopped at this place because it looked really clean. The diner sits right on Queens Boulevard and it's very accessible. We ate here twice during our trip. The staff was very friendly and generous with service. The waiter surprised us with free muffins and OJ. Our food was warm, tasty and presented nicely. Being from the south I elected to... More

They are nice here and it's open 24 hours, but the food is just ok. When you eat in the service is good, but the taste is below average for most things. When you get delivery it's terrible. Food just thrown in the containers, missing sauces, soggy fries. We get delivery from maspeth diner even though Pete's is practically across the... More

Just came out of the restaurant. Maybe it was bad luck. In any case, my wife ordered chicken fajitas and I ordered a "cubano" sandwich. Chicken fajitas happened to be a chicken sandwich. Very bad taste. She couldn't even eat. I tried it, and I can certify it had a very bad taste. My cubano sandwich was a greasy piece... More

My husband and I come here many times for breakfast. This is a good breakfast place. The manager Bill is friendly and pleasant and he seems to lead a nice group of staff. We always get nice treatment each time we're here. We tried dinner twice here, it's ok but diner's not really my dinner place because it's too bright... More
