Nice Place to Enjoy a Delicious Dinner

We've eaten here several times and enjoyed it every time. The tables are well spaced so that it is not terribly noisy like most restaurants are today. We had a Groupon this time which made it an extremely good value. The Groupon allowed us to have any one appetizer, any two entrees and any one... read more

We went for my wife and my birthday and had had a great table and even greater meal. The Ribollita was almost as good as I ate almost everyday in Italy.(soupy) we all ordered from the specials and there was not a negative thing said about anything. They seem to use a team style waiter system which is fine.Sometimes they... More

Had the tomato souip, and was quite dissappointed in the consistency of it as it came across as mushy Chef Boyardee. Not much flavor. Veal and Eggplant was good not great. Service was fantastic as the mostly male staff could have been doubles for the Sopranos. Would not recommend.

The Sopranos can't get better food. Try it once and you are hooked. Service is first class and Italian selection outstanding.

This is by far the best restaurant in the western portion of Rockland County. The chef/owner is a wonderful host and the food is unbeatable. Make sure you try his lamb and his pastas. You will not be sorry.

We had a wonderful evening the night we attended Marcello's cooking class. He prepared risotto, stuffed eggplant and a delicious desert. The accompanying wine was wonderful, the service perfect, and Marcello is an excellent instructor in the art of cooking. Highly recommend for a fun evening.

This is a classy Italian restaurant. For families, couples, singles at the substantial bar......it has a warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The service is terrific. The waiters knowledgable about the entire menu and specials and can manipulate the kitchen (so to speak) to provide every customer with exactly what they desire. The menu with pasts, veal, chicken, anti pasto, all delicately... More

I have eaten there several times, Dinner out with friends, New Years Eve and Memorial dinners. The food is always great and I will continue to eat there in the future. Marcello is a great Chef and he always serves food the way he would eat it himself.

If great food prepared in the classic way, coupled with attentive, knowledgeable servers is what you are seeking, then you need to visit Marcello's. Food is excellent and the wait staff is very professional.
