Good Service, Fresh Food

Good place for lunch when you don't want the fast food options around town, they weren't overly crowded during the lunch rush, so it was a nice change of pace.

Good for families et al. Menu is standard and tasty. Prices are right . Lunch menu (Mon- Fri) offers variety of soup/salad/sandwich combos that tend to be consistently good and reasonable. Nice wait staff.

This is by far the worst food Ordered. Our food looked and tasted like refried food and microwaved. The staff looked miserable overall. I can say the only good thing was that the manager discounted our bill

sent back food twice and it was still cold - saw waitress making snide remarks about the table on the other side that she was serving - very rude wait staff

No complain at all. They are open till midnight at weeknights and I was almost the last person getting in for all 3 days I was there last week. The waiters were very friendly and the food was good, which I all I could expect.

Here in Suffern for an RV Show. Been stopping at Applebee's the last couple of days for good food and atmosphere. I gotta tell you that the experience has been the high point of my stay. I run a camp/resort myself do customer service is very important to me. Everyone goes out of their way to make the customer feel... More

We went on a Saturday night at 9:30 p.m with hardly anyone in the place (should've been a sign for us to leave). Our waiter took our drink order right away, but we had to wait forever to get them since the bartender was too busy talking/horsing around with the waitstaff( a re-occuring theme here). We then placed our order,... More

We're locals so we stop by every so often. The food is like every other Applebees - good for the price but not great. The service is quick and friendly. The main reason I do go back is because the drinks are decently priced and quite large. The mudslides in particular are amazing.

The food was a little pricey and both my kids ordered steaks which weren't great but the manager replaced it with other food with no hassle. The rest of the food was very good. A little noisy as the place is loaded with tv's all over the place but a nice place overll

Restaurant was close to my hotel so I went there for dinner. My soup was served cold and had to be returned. My meal arrived before I finished my replaced soup. I had to search for the server to change my soup and refill my drink. Cleanliness was average. I do not think I will return to this restaurant.
