Great Asian fusion

We went to this restaurant on a weekday night and were seated very quickly. The decor and waitstaff were above average but not the best I've ever seen. The menu is the typical for what I expect from upstate NY Asian fusion restaurants: a little Chinese, a little Japanese, and a little bit of Thai... read more

If you love sushi....you'll love Momiji. Nothing fancy....just the freshest fish and a great staff. And the prices beat NY. I visit every chance I get.

The service is superb. Food is fresh and very well prepared - whether you are in the mood for vegetarian, sushi or steak. I tend to stick with the sushi (Tuna Amazing is yummy), my husband loves the hot pots - other favorites: avocado salad, avocado boat, shitake and avocado roll.

clean fresh sushi but not very creative . When we said we like Salmon and asked for a recommendation the server suggested Salmon sushi . That is the level of creativity in this place

The place needs a visit from the health department. Also, the owner was horrible to long-time regulars. Incredivble that they are still in business. Avoid this one.

We had great service and great fresh sushi!!! We will be back! Recommend the vegetable dumplings. Was not over priced as well. Got three rolls and the dumplings $30

I have not visited Momiji in 6mos. and the food is still EXCEPTIONAL! The service is good, but the wait for our entree was over 45mins. However, whilst waiting we had the rock shrimp, and miso eggplant as our appetizer. All fresh and delicious. Our entree was salmon and tuna sushi, beef teriyaki and the dinner box. All delicious and... More

Had noodles- overcooked and the vegetables didn't taste fresh. Understaffing probably contributed to this uninspiring evening.

I have to say I have never had Hibachi quite like this! It was a chicken Hibachi. It came and the chicken had a sauce that was like soup it was so thin. It was so overwhelmingly garlicky it was sickening. The chicken was rubbery and over cooked.the fried rice had so much celery in it and it was so... More

Everything is fresh and delicious. Such a varied menu that it's hard too decide. You want everything. My favorite lunch is the salmon bento box. Always cooked perfectly. Never dry. I always ask for a spicy tuna roll with it. That along with the vegetables and excellent salad make this perfect. And a great value. The best thing is dinner... More
