I went here for a weekday lunch with my boss and we enjoyed it so much. I had the farfalle and shrimp in a cream sauce and he had the papardelle bolognese, some of the most authentic and delish italian food I have had on staten island and this island doesn't suffer from lack of good italian! I then came... More

Can't hear yourself or the unpleasant staff. Food was okay but service was horrible. Would not recommend this place. Much better restaurants on the island.

I had been here in the past, and enjoyed. Last visit was terrible. My friends were just there and wrote about how bad the service was as well. That just spurred everyone on face book to say they were not going there again. Staten Island is small and word of mouth can do wonders or kill a place. The owner... More

Brioso is consistent, with slightly above average food, and somewhat average service. Our meals were fine, with the fish dish being the best out of the two. My boar saure pasta was middle of the raod. Overall, it was not very memorable. This decor is very sterile, and seems more like a chain than a warm place.

Excellent food, knowledgeable waiters, and a rustic country dining room combine for an outstanding meal from salad and hot appetizers to veal scallopine siciliana, fish of the day, assorted bread including fococcia, with tiramisu, and cheesecake for dessert.

My family has dined at Brioso many times and have never been disappointed. We have been part of large family gatherings to celebrate special occasions and also at times just a night out with my husband. The staff is exceptional and the taste and presentation of our meals is consistently outstanding. Quality at its best.

Although we have eaten in Briosco previously, it has been a while since we were there. However, yesterday we stopped in for lunch. Everything was just wonderful. The Bianco salad was fresh & crisp & very tasty. Hubby had the plumpest ravioli which he enjoyed very much. I had a chapatti chicken parm which was also delicious. It came with... More

The restaurant is nicely decorated and is definitely a good choice for a night out. The service was attentive but not rushed. We were a large group and we had plenty of time to chat and catch up between courses. Our meals were all delicious. Some of the stand outs were the beef carpaccio, the polenta with sausage ragut, the... More
