Been several times with close friends and it rocks. Great selection of beer and food. Don't miss out on hanging out with friends.

Following the recent passing of my granddad who lived in Staten Island for 30 years, my british husband and I were stumped as to how we were going to be able to send grandpa off with a bang. We were sitting shiva (who really does that?!) and there was absolutely no fun to be had in the house. We were... More

Have been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. We live on the other side of the Island and never thought to go there until recently. We see all the advertisements, but then forget when we want to try something new. FINALLY remembered! So happy I went and will definitely return. Very clean, friendly and casual atmosphere. Not... Glad we rediscovered this local historic gem. The venison sausage w/ blueberry and potato salad along with the Bavarian music transported me to the Rhine. Arugula can go from Italian to German in a flash when the shaved Black Forest Ham and home-made lemon based salad emulsion dances through its' slightly bitter leaves. Chef should bottled the dressing! My 11... More

German is one of our favorite cuisines, so it was a pleasant surprise to find out that we moved only minutes away from Killmeyer's. We've been there a few times and are never disappointed. Food is delicious, ambiance is charming, and the wait staff is wonderful! We haven't had a chance to sit outside in the Beer Garden, but we... More

Met some friends at Kliimeyer's for drinks and dinner. The meal was totally forgetable. I had the saurbraten which was only ok. Everyone in my party felt the same way about their meals. The service wasn;t great either. We won't be going back.

I was recently a guest at a private party held in the back. The most exceptional thing was the waitstaff. They joked around with the guests, were really prompt in passing around food, and always had a smile. The food was good, the bar was better, and the setting, while warm was really nice. I can't wait to try the... More

The food & pretzels are good, but come here for the beer- they have tons of it and its fun to sample. Outdoor space is great too!

Atmosphere is truly Bavarian. Service is dress in German attire. This is restaurant is over 100 years old. Food is plenty full in portion , service was impeccable , decor has to be seen. Many choices in imported or domestic beer . Have to try the potato pancakes as an starter. I suggest going durning the week , wouldn't be... More
