Tried this place twice and was very disappointed both times. With the good reviews it has gotten gave it a second try thinking it was an off night. Wrong. Pizza was bland and all dough with almost nothing on it. 2tbs sauce and a shred of cheese would have tripled the contents. Chicken dish was greasy, cold and just disgusting. more

Their pasta is delicious! Haven't tried the pizza but have heard good things about it. There are tons of Italian restaurants in Staten Island but for my pasta cravings I go to Joe & Pats. more
I was in Staten Island in summer 2005. I happened to eat at Joe's pizza some times, and I liked the "pasta" they make. The "pizza" is the best I've found in New York, maybe a little too crunchy and with too much tomato sauce, but it tastes natural and healty, far better than other pizzas in New York. ...of... more
