Unbelievable family style food and terrific sauce

Check out the Seafood Medley with Fra Diavolo sauce - terrific. Great chicken cutlet parmigiana too. Family style restaurant with friendly staff and suitable for small or large groups. Bar in front. Street parking.

I have been to the Lacey's Bridge Tavern before, but had never ordered for catering. I recently had a family reunion and ordered some family style entrees and everthing was so good that everybody kept on asking where I had ordered from. The place is not fancy or trendy, but the food and service are grreat!! My order was ready... More

The kielbasa at the Bridge Tavern is just as good as it was when I was a high school student over 50 years ago. In the 1950's, when you could drink at the age of 18, a cold tap beer and a kielbasa sandwich with horseradish mustard was way better than filet mignon and champagne. If you crave kielbasa and... This was such a sweet place to have a meal with friends. Fine service, and the chicken parm was just right. The cheese was fresh and the portion was impressive. I have to also recommend the garlic bread!

Went here on a recommendation from some friends and my wife and I were not disappointed. The food was excellent, service was good. The only thing some may not like is the food is served family style(large portions). But the quality is excellent. Little hard to park in the area and on the weekend if you arrive after 5 pm... I always visit this restaurant on Thursday nights for their Lobster Special. I highly recommend this place. Kate, the waitress is a lot of fun and the food is fresh and inexpensive. You can't go wrong.

The first impression is someone gave you the address to a dive bar, but some of my best times and meals were in dive bars! The dining room is small(intimate) but the food and service is outstanding! Menu is family style and you need a large family with the size of the portions. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was amazing,... More

My family and I have been coming here for years. Ive always get the same thing since I just like it! Last night I experimented...let's try the meatloaf, since one of my friends told me it was great. He was right! Im not a big meatloaf fan, but this was excellent! I had my usual Perogies as an appetizer (which... More

We've been to Lacey's many times before, once again it was great. We have not had a bad meal yet. The Fried zucchini and calamari are both very tasty. The salad with the pears and walnuts is delish. We were a party of 7 we ordered 2 apps, 2 entrees(the flank steak with mashed potatoes and the stringy fried onions,delish)... More

Came to the island from the far South on a business trip and locals took us all to Lacey's. The very first place for me to eat in New York. I'd come back in a NY minute. Food great. Drink great. Staff great. Atmosphere great. Enjoyed the whole evening. Want to feel like a local? Make Lacey's a stop on... More
