Excellent chicken parm!

This was such a sweet place to have a meal with friends. Fine service, and the chicken parm was just right. The cheese was fresh and the portion was impressive. I have to also recommend the garlic bread!

Went here on a recommendation from some friends and my wife and I were not disappointed. The food was excellent, service was good. The only thing some may not like is the food is served family style(large portions). But the quality is excellent. Little hard to park in the area and on the weekend if you arrive after 5 pm... I always visit this restaurant on Thursday nights for their Lobster Special. I highly recommend this place. Kate, the waitress is a lot of fun and the food is fresh and inexpensive. You can't go wrong.

The first impression is someone gave you the address to a dive bar, but some of my best times and meals were in dive bars! The dining room is small(intimate) but the food and service is outstanding! Menu is family style and you need a large family with the size of the portions. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was amazing,... More

My family and I have been coming here for years. Ive always get the same thing since I just like it! Last night I experimented...let's try the meatloaf, since one of my friends told me it was great. He was right! Im not a big meatloaf fan, but this was excellent! I had my usual Perogies as an appetizer (which... More

We've been to Lacey's many times before, once again it was great. We have not had a bad meal yet. The Fried zucchini and calamari are both very tasty. The salad with the pears and walnuts is delish. We were a party of 7 we ordered 2 apps, 2 entrees(the flank steak with mashed potatoes and the stringy fried onions,delish)... More

Came to the island from the far South on a business trip and locals took us all to Lacey's. The very first place for me to eat in New York. I'd come back in a NY minute. Food great. Drink great. Staff great. Atmosphere great. Enjoyed the whole evening. Want to feel like a local? Make Lacey's a stop on... More

This is one of those best kept secrets. You pull up and it looks like a dumpy bar. You walk in and it's a bar BUT walk to the back and there are tables tucked in a small room..decor is neat and clean. Food is served family style..huge portions..one dish is better than the next. Including massive desserts. It's worth... More

We frequently go to this restaurant with 14 to 15 family members. I am glad I got to review the restaurant on this site to let the rest of Staten Island know what a great place this is. We order family style overtime and the waitresses are great with their recommendations. Twe typically get 10 items from each menu a... More

After being recommended to try it I finally got there this weekend and it was excellent! The minute you walk in the door it's such a homey feel, very casual and comfortable. The waitress was more than helpful when she heard it was our first time there. Dinner for 4 we started with a hot antipasto: the baked clams were... More
