Delicious

Real Madrid is authentic Spanish food. While the décor is a little lacking, it's charming in its dated simplicity. The food is fairly prices and absolutely delicious. Sangria is great and paella is not to be skipped.

For a most delicious Spanish dinner, you must visit Real Madrid Restaurant on Staten Island. This place is a secret gem for many---very casual, intimate- but also has a huge party room. The menu is extensive and the drinks, especially Sangria, is a delight! The lobster specials, paella, lobster parrillada, chorizo sandwich and veal extremena are a MUST!!! Don't miss... More

This is not our first time here. We come back because the food is excellent and the service is excellent. The staff caters to us. They have a large varied menu. My husband ordered the pork chops-tasty and cooked just right along with the black bean soup. I ordered the stuffed shrimp-good sized portions and salad or soup included for... More

Went there on a date night with my boyfriend. The food was great.i recommend the Paella valeciana. The only thing that can be improved on is the decor but other than that a wonderful food experience.

Good menu choices for Spanish food. The meals were plentiful and really tasty. A definite must go for anyone and I recommend the seafood paella with lobster. I have had it there several times and it's consistently good. Not overly friendly waiters but good service. Don't forget the flan for dessert.

We haven't been back for several years and the decor hasn't changed but the food is fresh and tasty. The lobsters were delicous in green sauce and the shrimps stuffed with crab meat was awesome. Yellow rice and Spanish potatoes were just right as was the string beans. We were too full for dessert but I reccommend you visit. Won't... More

With its overstated, outdated (and I mean that in a good way) exterior, with its determinedly gracious dining room, with its ornate face in the middle of a series of unglamorous businesses, La Real Madrid looks like a bastion of tradition and gracious dining. It also looks surprisingly Italian, and so does much of the menu. I wanted to like... More

Let's start from beginning. Even after making reservation in advance you will wait for 20-30 minutes. Guys, this is not Micheline star restaurant to wait for. Prices? On expensive side. 350$ for 4 adults and 1 kids. And this is Staten Island, not Manhattan. For the the same price you can go to the perfect Spanish restaurant anywhere else. Cousine... More

Thought I was going to have a delicious fish dinner...wasn't concerned about the high prices (cheapest fish dish was $21.95) because I thought it would be great meal....I was wrong. Waiter didn't seem to want to be there....didn't tell us anything about the specials. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer they had no taste and I'm pretty sure they... More

Went to celebrate a family member's birthday and we could not have picked a better place. Service was great. Wait staff was very pleasant and the food was excellent. Others have mentioned a sprucing up was needed. Maybe so but you hardly notice because everything else is so good. Of you want good Spanish food, this is the place to... More
