Basically a bar, they make an excellent pizza. There's no sign outside but there right on the corner and you can't miss it. It's not fancy and your date won't be impressed but the food is good and they are consistent. The prices are reasonable but for me I usually grab a pie to go and enjoy it away from... More

Pizza always done to perfection. Whether take out or eat-in, you can bet it will be fresh and scrumptuous. What we like best is the thin crust. Place is small and since it is so popular, tends to be crowded, usually a wait. But worth it.

had dinner here after trying the pizza a year ago. the pizza was good. However the dinner we had tonight was awful. We ordered ziti with meatballs and ziti with eggplant parmesean. The meatballs were hard as a rock and served dry. The sauce in both dishes was dry and overcooked. The meals were so bad. We told the waitress... More

The "Cheers" of the south shore. Everyone knows Lee's Tavern. So much so that there isn't even a sign. A traditional 'Old Staten Island' establishment. Great food / cold beer / good drinks / terrific pizza. If you're on the island, it's worth a visit.

My wife and I have been coming here for lunch, off and on from my last review. What a big difference!! The place still gets busy, but it is much more peaceful. The food is great.. try the buffalo calamari you won't be disappointed. I love Lee's and will continue to go here for a quick lunch date with the... More

Pizza way overcooked, and "crispy" to the point of falling to piece's when I but into it. Pasta was a dish filled with hard tubes, overcooked broccoli, with no flavor. Definitely wasn't a bargain 29 bucks for a smallish large pie, a small serving of pasta and two drafts. Plus the tip. I give it a ehhh.

They are not the best place to hang all day if one is not a drinker, however, they make a very nice pizza as well as pretty good burgers. While I have another pizzeria that I like best on Staten Island {Sal's of Soho} Lee's still pumps out a fairly decent clam pie with that home-made feel to it. A... More
