There were 11 of us that met at the Red Osier for a family gathering. We were very pleased to see that the restaurant had placed 4 square tables together to form a larger square table that seated 3 on a side, allowing us to see each other on all sides. Our two waitresses were very dilligent and made certain... More

The food was as good as it has been on our last visits. We liked that the Friday fish fry offered fried or breaded fish. Cooked perfectly. Service fast and efficient.

This restaurant Has a very friendly staff. The food is awesome and you get your meal your way. They also have great specials on prime rib, filet etc. Go there 3 or 4 times a year.

I haven't been there in some years, so I was delighted to travel 60 miles to once again enjoy their food. If only that had been the case. It seems it has become a busy place for the pretentious to come and be seen rather than as a fine dining restaurant. We should have left when, as we waited for... More

We were two couples out for a ride on a wet fall day. Not everyone had been there before, so we decided to give it a try. From our server, Steve, to the bartenders, and all others performing table side, the service was outstanding. We each had different cuts of beef, which were cook perfectly. The sides were great, along... More

When a restaurant coupons week after week, something's wrong. The top restaurants in town don't have to do that. Anyway, responding to a Sunday Special offer, we took the 35 minute drive and found the place jammed. After a short wait, we were seated at our table. The waiter was perhaps having a bad day, as he exhibited a bad... More

I've read some of the negative reviews of the Red Osier, and hadn't been back here for years, but I've always enjoyed this restaurant so we went there again. Quite honestly, it was awesome. we did lobster mania and the prime rib dinner, and it was superb. Service was excellent, the timing was great, and the food everything we remembered.

We decided as a family to have dinner here. Made reservations. Got there and we were seated quickly but it was downhill after that. The waiter couldn't handle our party of 6. He took our drink order, brought those and took our food order. Brought us the salad which we ate. Came to pick up the dishes and I said... More

We have been to the Red osier any times and this time we thought the food was just average... The prime rib soup was bland... The salad ok.... The loaded potato was just ok as well. I asked for blackened prime rib and it looked like it was just warmed with no seasoning. Best part of the meal was the... More

My family and I went to the Red Osier today for an 80th birthday celebration for my mom. I have heard so many good things about the Red Osier, and after my dinner today.... all I can say is... REALLY? Our waiter was very rude and now I know why.... it's because the gratuity was already written into our bill---... More
